Specialisation in sensitive products
ALTIUS offers highly technical services throughout the entire cold chain (REEFER), with tools such as generators, temperature control through data loggers, QUEST software and pre-cooling systems for goods.
In the fruit and vegetable segment, the company masters techniques such as controlled atmosphere, cold treatment, humidity control and specific ventilation according to the type of fruit or vegetable, as well as ethylene filters for sensitive loads such as avocados and lettuce.
For frozen products - such as fish, meat, dairy or ice cream - ALTIUS has advanced solutions such as MAGNUM containers down to -30°C, moisture-resistant packaging and cold tunnels, as well as specialised management of pharmaceutical products according to GDP certification.
