Alimer, a primary agri-food cooperative
Alimer is the largest primary agri-food cooperative in the Region of Murcia. We were formed through the union of farmers and livestock producers sharing a clear vision: to work together to add value to our land, our products, and the future of the sector.
Since our founding in 2006, we have grown by consolidating a model based on integration and close proximity to the source of production. Today, we are a group of over 2,000 members actively participating in a shared project, where every decision and advancement directly impacts our farms and our way of working. This year marks our 20th anniversary, and we want you to be part of our story.
Our greatest asset is our control over the entire supply chain. As producers, we manage every phase of the process—from the fields and livestock farms to commercialization. This allows us to guarantee traceability, ensure quality, and rapidly adapt to market demands.
A wide-ranging portfolio of products and services
We offer an extensive portfolio of products and services that reflects the diversity of our region. We produce fruits and vegetables—including broccoli, lettuce, watermelon, and stone fruit, among others—and maintain significant livestock operations specializing in milk production. Furthermore, we manufacture our own animal feed and cheeses, a key factor in ensuring quality right from the source.
We also provide our members with a comprehensive range of agricultural supplies, simplifying their daily operations and strengthening our cooperative model. In addition, our production of flowers and ornamental plants expands our market presence and demonstrates our adaptability.
This diversification enables us to be more competitive, stable, and efficient.
