The FITURNEXT Observatory is a FITUR platform dedicated to promoting best practices in tourism. We work throughout the year to identify and analyse initiatives implemented globally by companies, organisations and destinations whose aim is to generate a positive impact on the experience of visitors, the lives of residents and the development of destinations, as well as to contribute to the balance of the planet. We want to share with the tourism community a selection of proven and replicable initiatives that improve the quality of tourism activity in a sustainable way.
