Tourism Lead Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank - IDB (Washington DC, USA)

Adela Moreda is since 2005 a Tourism Lead Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the main source of multilateral financing for economic, social, and institutional development in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). She is directly involved in the different stages of the project cycle, from the strategic design to the implementation and evaluation of tourism public policies and investments supported by the Bank. With a degree in Law, she holds a Master of Science degree in Tourism Planning and Management and has completed an Executive Education Program on Infrastructure in a Market Economy at Harvard.


President of the National Institute for Biodiversity - INBio (San José, Costa Rica)

Marketer by profession, Bary Roberts specializes in tourism. Renowned tourism entrepreneur with a career that spans over 49 years, innovative leader in the development of sustainable tourism in Costa Rica and Central America. Roberts coined the term "Ecotourism" and is one of the pioneers of the development of Sustainable Tourism worldwide and currently advocates for "Regenerative Tourism". He was Marketing Director of Costa Rica for ten years, a time during which the phrase "No Artificial Ingredients" was implemented. Specialist in the design and positioning of destination brands and tourist training systems. Coordinator of the design and implementation of the "CST" Certification for Tourism Sustainability, considered one of the best in its field worldwide. 


Expert in digital transformation and social impact (Barcelona, Spain)

Liliana Arroyo Moliner holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Barcelona. In recent years she has specialized in social impact, linked to sustainability and digital transformation. She is currently a researcher at the Social Innovation Institute of ESADE, where she has coordinated the report "Confident and trustworthy: Creating trust in the digital economy" and works on issues related to the digital world, data and privacy. She has participated in the creation of the Observatory on the Contribution of Spanish Companies to the SDGs, an initiative of Caixabank and ESADE (access to the first report). She is an active contributor to media (El Periódico, Diari Ara, El Diari de l'Educació) and has recently joined the digital news outlet Playground as head of Social Impact.

Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the property management sector, especially in the development of hotels and their management. He developed and implemented environmental strategic plans, some as successful as the one for NH Hotels, where he worked for over 15 years. He is currently the Head of Operations of a group specialized in the development of multiple real estate projects for international investors in the field of hospitality.

With a Degree in Journalism from the Complutense University of Madrid, she holds a Master's Degree in Economic Information from the Complutense University and a Master's Degree in Corporate and Institutional Communication 2.0 from the University of Alcalá. Previously, she was an Account Director at the digital and relational marketing agency Reporter-MRM Worldwide of the McCann Group (1998-2008) and Head of the Marketing Department of ICEX Spain Export and Investments (2009-2016). She collaborates as a professor in postgraduate courses and master’s degrees in the Madrid School of Marketing, UNED and the Complutense University of Madrid.

International strategist, executive advisor and expert in global travel and tourism. Peter is also in high demand as moderator, keynote speaker and agenda-setter at international conferences. Throughout his career, Peter has worked with numerous international associations such as the European Commission (EASME), World Economic Forum, ECM, ETO, DMAI, WTCF, urban destinations, hospitality and aviation companies around Europe. Peter is former Executive Vice President of Wonderful Copenhagen CVB and has a MSc. in international business, strategy, culture and languages from Copenhagen Business School.


Head of Quality and CSR at IFEMA (Madrid, Spain)

Santiago Quiroga obtained in 1987 the title of Letrado Asesor de Empresa (Corporate Legal Advisor) at ICADE. He later obtained a degree in foreign trade and distribution, and completed several various programs related to the field. He has also completed an AMP (Advanced Management Program) at the Instituto de Empresa. In 1989 he obtained a scholarship from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Madrid to join the Commercial Office of Spain in Los Angeles (USA). He joined IFEMA in 1990 as Commercial Representative, and through internal promotion, he held the position of Head of the Trade Fair Group. Subsequently, he took over IFEMA's International Expansion department with the goal of boosting IFEMA's positioning abroad, both through consultancy agreements or by holding trade shows in other countries such as Sicur, Genera and Matelec in Latin America or Matelec China.
