ILARA and LEBAGO are the winning brands of the 15th MOMAD Talents by ISEM
These renowned brands will showcase their collections at the upcoming edition of MOMAD, from 5 to 7 February 2026.
MOMAD, Feria Internacional de Moda, Calzado y Accesorios (the International Fashion, Footwear and Trade Show), set to take place from 5 to 7 February at IFEMA MADRID, has announced the winning brands of the 15th MOMAD Talents by ISEM, the event focused on promoting new brands and emerging designers with innovative proposals with no more than three seasons in the market.
This time, a jury of fashion industry professionals has recognised the work of ILARA and LEBAGO, two brands with an outstanding sustainable approach, their commitment to craftsmanship, and their ability to integrate design and responsible values into their collections.
As winners of MOMAD Talents by ISEM 2025, both firms will be invited to exhibit their collections on their own stand at MOMAD in February 2026. In addition, LEBAGO, the overall winner, will receive a grant to participate in the Fashion and Creativity Management course at ISEM Fashion Business School. Alongside these award-winning brands, the jury selected Palaish, Utahia and Morezion as finalists, with proposals that were also exceptional for their creativity, quality and development potential within the fashion sector.
LEBAGO, sustainable design with social impact
LEBAGO is a Colombian sustainable fashion brand that creates bags and accessories with post-industrial plastic waste. The proposal is the result of a blend of craftsmanship, creativity, and circularity, working hand in hand with artisans and female heads of household to develop products that combine purpose, aesthetics, and functionality.
The Ensueño collection, which won the brand this accolade, marks the beginning of LEBAGO and is intended to be a tribute to those who believe in the power of dreams. With its meaningful accessories, the collection reflects a fusion between recycled materials and the value of craftsmanship.
ILARA, circular fashion and current craftsmanship
ILARA was formed to rethink how fashion is produced and consumed, putting sustainability, circularity, and the revaluation of craftsmanship at the centre. Their proposal involves using regenerated yarns made from textile waste, developed through collaborative processes with local artisans engaged in circular-economy initiatives.
The winning collection, Naturaleza Reconectada, is inspired by organic forms and elements of the natural environment, combining design with traditional techniques such as crochet and weaving. Each garment showcases craftsmanship, the responsible use of resources, and the potential to regenerate resources rather than discard them, all with the aim of creating timeless, conscious pieces.
From 5 to 7 February at IFEMA MADRID, MOMAD will be a professional exhibition of sustainable brands and products that merge design with responsible processes. The fair also features the Boutique Consciente space, a benchmark for discovering proposals aligned with more conscious consumption, which are the present and future of the fashion industry.
