MOMAD fashion trade show, an international fashion and knowledge fair

The activities will take place from 11 to 13 September in Hall 10 of IFEMA MADRID, as part of MOMAD.
The fashion trade fair will host creative proposals from designers and brands, accompanied by a comprehensive programme of presentations.
MOMAD, Salón Internacional de Moda, Calzado y Accesorios (International Fashion, Footwear and Accessories Trade Show) organised by IFEMA MADRID, will be a high-level meeting for designers, brands and industry experts, enhanced by an intensive line-up of professional activities in Hall 10 at the Recinto Ferial. The MOMAD catwalk will serve as an excellent launchpad for trends, as well as a platform for knowledge that addresses the main challenges of the fashion sector.
The programme combines the creativity of fashion shows with opportunities to acquire information specifically designed for professionals. All this will make MOMAD a leading meeting point in Spain and an international business hub.
Bogotá Fashion Week, Asociación ADA and Fundisma grace the catwalks
For the first time ever, the MOMAD catwalk will feature contributions from Bogotá Fashion Week, which will bring the creativity and talent of iconic and emerging designers from the Latin American scene to Madrid. This catwalk show will take place on Thursday, 11 September at 12:00 pm and will be the opening event at this iconic venue.
This exciting launch will be followed by collections from numerous brands and designers, such as Núñez de Arenas, Gallobuey, Morena Toro, Lua Internacional. Aquadicocco, Sweetness, Mubri and Kapda House. Málaga de Moda, ADA, Joyas Sostenibles and Fundisma (Foundation for the Promotion of Design in the Community of Madrid), among others, will also be there, making this catwalk the perfect opportunity to debut new proposals. There will also be projects involving Bisutex, bringing the world of costume jewellery and accessories to the catwalk to enhance the entire visual and creative experience.
Keynote presentations to drive and transform fashion
Following the fashion shows, the catwalk will host various conferences and roundtable discussions exploring the transformation of the sector. Among these, a panel discussion will feature Francisco Luque (GalloBuey) alongside representatives from R-evolución and Onversed, focusing on digital innovation and new business models in the fashion industry. A session by Nitsnets on the challenges of B2B ecommerce is also on the agenda.
Moda España will share information about the Fashion Digital Passport and its significance as a tool for traceability and transparency, as well as a round-table discussion titled "Fashion without borders: European sizing and digitalisation," where they will present a powerful AI-based tool: the Digital Size Transformer. The talk, Dynamics and Tips for Growing on TikTok Shop and Live Shopping by Carmen Muley, a pioneer in the social commerce sector and CEO of Paragon Social Commerce, will complete the proposal.
The programme will also include the round-table on inclusivity and diversity, featuring content creator Eleonora Montanari, fashion journalist Jesús Reyes, and journalist and comedian Ana Goitia, moderated by Susana Salvadó. Lastly, attendees can learn from the event organisation success story presented by Bukolica and a presentation by Piluka de Echegaray, titled Psychology of colour and its application in fashion, which will bring this valuable event that will provide key information to face the challenges of the sector to a close.
