Welcome to the LIBER 2019 Press Accreditation Request Service.

You can use this service to register as a media professional to attend LIBER 2019. To do this, please complete the form with your information for assessment by the IFEMA Communication Department. If accepted, you will receive a response in the next few days and receive your press accreditation by email.

Remember not to enter a generic media organisation email address or one that has already been used by another member of your organisation when registering, since the system automatically eliminates duplicates.

Processing of this application does not imply automatic confirmation of accreditation. The request must be validated, you shall be notified if you do not meet the validation requirements.

HOW DO I REGISTER TO APPLY FOR A PRESS PASS?

Complete the Press Pass registration form and log in.
Once you have an active user name and password, you can access the form, where you can enter your professional registration details.
The username and password system allows you to access your information easily at any time, so you can check, update, and edit your details.

HOW DO I OBTAIN MY ACTIVE USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND WHY DO I NEED THEM?

The active username and password allows you to request online press passes for different IFEMA fairs.

I’M ALREADY REGISTERED, BUT I WANT TO EDIT MY DETAILS. HOW CAN I DO THIS?

If you wish to edit your professional details, please go to the fair registration, enter your Internet User Name and edit the details on the form.

WILL THE PASS GIVE ME ACCESS FOR JUST ONE DAY OR FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT?

All approved press passes will grant you access to every day of the event, so you can cover all the activities, or just the ones that interest you most.

CAN I LEND MY PASS TO SOMEONE ELSE?

No, passes are personal and non-transferable.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED?

We will send you an email once we have considered your application. With so many applications to process and consider, it may take some time for us to get back to you. Please be patient, as we have a lot of applications to deal with.

HOW DO I COLLECT MY PRESS PASS?

If your application is approved, you will receive an email a few days before the trade fair with your digital press pass for you to print out and use for access purposes.

CAN I APPLY FOR PASSES FOR MY COLLEAGUES?

No. Each member of your team must apply for their own pass.

CAN I GET A PRESS PASS AFTER THE DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS?

The deadline for submitting applications for online accreditation ends on 6 October 2019 at 8 p.m. After that date, Media professionals can obtain their passes during LIBER, at the IFEMA Press Registration Counters. To do so, you must present your press card. If you do not have a press card, you must hand in a letter from the person in charge of the media organisation requesting accreditation. In both cases, you must show your ID. This accreditation will not be given to media personnel belonging to the administrative, commercial and advertising areas.
