The exhibition aims to disseminate and exchange information on projects and plans that are improving our cities and the debate on how to make them more sustainable, green and inclusive. Be part of an exhibition of good urban practices consisting of information panels on:
- Urban projects that have been implemented, are being implemented or are about to start.
- Plans or programmes that the organisation is developing or has recently developed.
- Conclusions of thematic and/or sectoral reports.
- Research projects.
- Plans in which the organisation participates with other entities (networks, European projects, etc.).
- Other contents or approaches that the organisations propose and that fit in with the exhibition.
Who can participate?
All public administrations (municipalities, provincial councils, autonomous communities...), associations, and organizations that wish to can send us a good practice to be showcased. These will form an exhibition of panels approximately 1 meter wide by 1.5 meters high.
In what format should I submit the material?
- A PDF in A0 vertical size and in good resolution (images, diagrams, and photos should be of good quality whenever possible).
- Body text and headlines: proportional and easy to read.
- Font type: Arial (or a similar typeface if Arial is not available).
- Whenever possible, the layout and composition of texts and images should be as attractive and visually appealing as possible.
- Projects will be selected based on their content and submission date.
Submission deadlines?
The deadline for submission is May 15. The 3rd edition of the exhibition will take place during the 7th edition of the FORO DE LAS CIUDADES DE MADRID IFEMA, held from June 9 to 11 at IFEMA MADRID Exhibition Center.
