SPECIFIC REGULATIONS FOR THE AWARDING OF EXHIBITION SPACE TEXTILE EDITORS FEBRUARY 2023

The choice of spaces for TEXTILE EDITORS 2023 will be held next Thursday, November 24 at 12:00 p.m. through a public call for the allocation of spaces that can be attend in person or by connecting online.
In order to access, it will be essential to have sent the Application Form before Tuesday, November 15, the day on which we will send you the steps to follow to connect online. If you would like to attend in person, here is the information:
Place: Press Room
Location: 1st floor of the IFEMA MADRID central office building
Recommended access: South Entrance.
Parking: Once you have chosen your space, you will be given a free parking ticket.
The order of election of the spaces will be, based on the following criteria:

  • The maximum number of modules to hire is 6.
  •  All modules that are contracted will be located on the same island.
  1. Surface: Number of contracted modules. For reasons of logic and logistics, we must first locate those companies that have required more modules.
  2. Editions attended: The number of editions that have been attended by the applicants shall be taken into account in cases of parity. We consider first participation January 2015.
  3. In case of equal between criteria 1 and 2, the order of choice will be decided by a raffle carried out in situ.
  4. In case that any company would like to extend the number of modules requested, it will be done in situ in its turn and will not alter the established order.
  5. In case of reduction on the number of modules requested the company will lose its turn and will choose at the end of the new section that corresponds.
  6. In case of not being able to attend the call, the company can delegate the election to another person who must present a written authorization of the company. Failure to do so, will be implicitly mean delegation to the Manager of the Fair.
