This innovation is a milestone in the market, offering total control, quality and efficiency. ITV-Ice Makers, the first Spanish company dedicated to the manufacture of ice machines, has been developing its own production techniques and technology since 1982, which have resulted in numerous patents and utility models. With extensive proven experience, this company announces that it will bring to GUEXT its new IQ undercounter and modular machines equipped with state-of-the-art electronics.

IQ machines feature

This innovation marks a milestone in the industry, offering users a more efficient and controlled cooling experience. The main features of this new line of IQ machines are as follows:

New control display which, in addition to allowing safe start-up and shut-down, provides operating and cleaning status signalling and an error indicator to detect and correct problems.
Automatic cleaning button, increasing user comfort.
Innovative electrical panel on the top of the machine, allowing technicians to have direct access in case of breakdown or parts replacement. It also incorporates LED warning signs.
Clean, impurity-free crushed ice thanks to the installation of a new drainage solenoid valve that eliminates the accumulation of limescale in the evaporator at each start-up.
External data connection via Modbus to a PC, guaranteeing optimum and precise control and efficient management by allowing access to important information such as probe temperature, active alarms, gear motor current and alarm history.

ITV-Ice Makers, an exhibitor at GUEXT from 18 to 21 October at IFEMA MADRID, is present all over the world with a presence in more than 100 countries. It has subsidiaries in France and the United States and an exclusive sales office in Portugal. In addition, as a guarantee of its offer, the company has received numerous awards for its quality, the safety of its production processes and its commitment to sustainability.
