José Vicente de los Mozos was born in 1962, is married and has 4 children. He holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a Master's degree in Production Techniques from CESEM in Madrid and an Executive Program from Stanford University (SEP).

Jorge Rodrigo holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master's degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the Pontifical University of Comillas and has completed various public management programmes at the University of Navarra (IESE Business School) and the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE).
He currently holds the post of Councillor for Housing, Transport and Infrastructures.
