Global Mobility Call increases national and international participation by 76% in its second edition.

104 companies will be participating in the GMC Expo space, presenting their main innovations and technological development and innovation solutions for the future of mobility.

The solid sectorial and entrepreneurial representation that will be present at the second edition of Global Mobility Call consolidates it as the only monographic event on sustainable mobility on the international agenda. The figures offered by this edition, which has seen participation grow by 76% compared to 2022, as well as the presence of international companies that represent in this edition 25% of the total, compared to 10% of the previous edition, confirm this event in the largest platform for exhibition, networking and generation of new business opportunities and public-private collaboration for sustainable mobility.

All ways of transport and sectors involved will be present at this international event, from road transport by bus, to long-distance and commuter rail, metro, air transport, maritime transport, including the presence of shared mobility, infrastructure, construction, and energy companies. Also included in the offer are companies from the consumer goods, banking, technology, mobility services, sustainability specialists, law firms, road safety, as well as public administrations such as municipalities, regional and national governments with their areas of urban planning and development of cities.

The event will bring together 10,000 professionals with a high professional profile; 60% occupy senior management positions, in addition to another 15,000 who are estimated to participate through the digital platform. Innovation and great new features in the GMC Expo area.

Technological development and innovation, aimed at sustainable mobility solutions, will be the protagonists of this new call that brings together the offer of more than a hundred exhibiting companies and partners, who will present their main novelties,

Among other proposals, there will be the presentation of the new 24H Lemans car that will be unveiled on October 24th, and the presence of the first Spanish air cab powered by drones.

In addition, EDP, Main Itinerary Partner of the event, will bring a Formula E simulator; Fundación ONCE will present a guide robot for blind people; SETGA will give prominence to VIAK, its pedestrian lighting systems; GSS POWER will highlight its ultra-fast chargers for vehicles; Teralco will present "Commutie", its collaborative platform that promotes sustainable mobility; Sisas will promote its "Pedestrian Save" safety system and its "ECO Bike" bicycle lane safety device; and CIIMA-UP4 arrives as the union between knowledge, through 4 polytechnic universities, and the industrial sector, with mobility and transportation solutions for the future. In addition, many exclusive presentations of new products are expected during the 3 days of the event, which will be announced in the coming days.

The biggest platform for exhibition, networking and business opportunities.

The GMC Expo area will be attended by 104 companies from the participating sectors, a 76% increase over last year, in what will be the biggest meeting point aimed at fostering public-private collaboration between public administrations and the business sector. International participation is also growing in this edition, where 1 out of 4 participating companies are from other countries, which significantly increases the number of international companies in Global Mobility Call, representing 25% of the total participation.

In the international context, the participation of Italy has been confirmed as a partner country of the event, through the Italian Agency for Foreign Trade (ICE), which will promote Italian SMEs and startups in an exhibition space of 80 m2, where eight of these Italian companies will be present to showcase the "Made in Italy" of technologies and innovation in the different sectors of sustainable mobility.

On the national level, the event will have partners such as ADIF, RENFE, Iberia, Iberdrola, Indra, BP, EDP, EMT, Metro de Madrid, Avanza, Cepsa, Uber, HVR, Consorcio de Transportes de Madrid, PwC, Sistem, Ulity, Arriva, Total Energies and ETRA, which will participate together with companies, entities, and startups.
