TRANSPRIME Spanish Shippers' Council, the association of shipping companies for the industrial and logistics sectors, is joining the European Shippers' Council and the Global Shippers' Alliance, as a partner association at the Global Mobility Call, where it will share its analysis on improving logistics and supply chains.
The Spanish entity aims to make a significant contribution to industrial competitivity by improving transport and logistics, making it the meeting point for the best professionals who are shaping optimisation and sustainability and underpinning the essential concepts in the logistics chain.
TRANSPRIME Spanish Shippers' Council, European Shippers' Council and Global Shippers' Alliance joining the 2023 Global Mobility Call highlights the interest of national, European and global shipping companies in analysing international transport flows and observing their impact on supply chains.
The observation of the situation of maritime transport today and its future direction, based on the revision of the current European regulations, will form the global transport roadmap that should be considered in order to shape the operational programme.
TRANSPRIME has recently been working on intermodality as a tool for logistics efficiency, given the importance of intermodal traffic for shipping companies in achieving the sustainability objectives set for the transport of goods.
Global Mobility Call, organised by IFEMA MADRID and Smobhub, under the auspices of the Spanish Ministry of Transport, Mobility and the Urban Agenda, to be held from 12 to 14 September, will be structured into two segments: GMC Congress area, a space where business leaders, institutions and experts in mobility will converge; and GMC Expo area, a space for fostering cross-sector relations between companies, institutions, associations and experts, presenting the latest developments in each sector.
