TECNIBERIA joins forces with Global Mobility Call 2022 as a partner organisation
Global Mobility Call will bring together the leading international players in mobility from 14 to 16 June 2022 at the Recinto Ferial de IFEMA MADRID
The Spanish association for engineering companies proposes modernising the sector based on the sustainable development of its activities
TECNIBERIA, the Spanish Association of Engineering, Consultancy and Technological Services Companies, will participate as a partner organisation at Global Mobility Call. This major project, developed by IFEMA MADRID and Smobhub, aims to provide an international benchmark for the promotion of sustainable mobility and will be an important event for players from all areas involved in this transformation.
With this backing, TECNIBERIA reaffirms its commitment to sustainable mobility and its endorsement of the goals of this conference. Taking place from 14 to 16 June 2022, this event has strong institutional and business support, as well as cross-cutting involvement from sectors interested in the transition to a more sustainable mobility model that will generate social, economic and environmental benefits.
Sustainability-based modernisation of engineering
In its role as the Spanish association for engineering companies, TECNIBERIA is aware that the sector is being called on to address important challenges, make commitments and play a pivotal role in respect of climate change. It can also play a part in rolling out a business modernisation model based on sustainability and sustainable mobility, within a context of economic recovery and investment opportunities such as those opened up by NextGenerationEU funds.
Thanks to its expertise and wide-ranging capabilities, Spanish engineering stands front and centre of the new technologies that will help decarbonise the economy. It offers innovative urban models for energy efficiency, mobility and connectivity, engaging in the development of new frameworks for public-private partnerships, and provides plans and designs with the best solutions that build toward carbon neutrality and climate resilience.
The Association is supporting GMC 2022 to strengthen the positioning of sustainable mobility as the cornerstone of the process for social and economic change based on Spain’s Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and the principles of the 2030 Safe, Sustainable and Connected Mobility Strategy designed by the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda.
