Global Mobility Call presented in Rome to italian institutional and business leaders
On 5th April in Rome, IFEMA MADRID will present the objectives of the Sustainable Mobility Congress to attract valuable partnerships.
The presentation, in Italian, will start at 18:00 (GMT+2) and will be streamed live on viewable at here.
Global Mobility Call, the sustainable mobility project organised by IFEMA MADRID and Smobhub, will be presented in Rome next Tuesday, 5th April, at an event backed by the Spanish Embassy in Italy and San Marino. The presentation to Italian institutional and business leaders will share the organisers’ vision for the Congress. The event aims to boost the global post-pandemic economic and social recovery and contribute to strengthening energy resilience, which is badly needed in Europe’s current emergency.
The Congress will be in the Italian capital following its launch in Madrid in July 2021, and after stopping at COP26 in Glasgow, Paris in December, Expo Dubai in January and Lisbon in February. IFEMA MADRID’s goal is to spread the Global Mobility Call brand outside Spain, to consolidate a wide network of contacts and interactions with leading institutions, stakeholder associations and international corporations working on the development of sustainable mobility.
Italy, Institutional and Business Leaders’ Vision for Sustainable Mobility
The presentation will take place at the Residence of the Spanish Ambassador in Rome and will be given by Eduardo López-Puertas, general director of IFEMA MADRID. It will include a welcome speech by Alfonso Dastis, Spanish Ambassador to Italy and San Marino, and Italy’s Deputy Minister of Infrastructure & Sustainable Mobility, Alessandro Morelli.
After the presentation, there will be a panel discussion with the theme Decarbonising Mobility to Speed Up the Green Recovery. The panellists will include Elisabetta Ripa, CEO Enel X Way, Gianluca Landolina, CEO of Cellnex Italy, Valentino Sevino, director-general of Milan’s Agency for Mobility, Environment & Territory (AMAT), and Gianmarco Giorda, director-general of the National Association of the Automotive Industry (ANFIA).
