Citizens at the centre of the development of public and private initiatives for the promotion of sustainable mobility. The event will bring together the principal international leaders in the sphere of mobility from the 14th to the 16th of June 2022 at the Recinto Ferial IFEMA de MADRID.

The digital society and environmental awareness are factors involved in the design of the new framework for the development of sustainable mobility, and institutional and business representatives, entrepreneurs and academics will speak about those processes at the Global Mobility Call, the project sponsored by IFEMA MADRID and Smobhub which aspires to be an international reference for the promotion of sustainable mobility.

The congress, which will take place from the 14th to the 16th of June 2022 at IFEMA MADRID, which will seek to contribute to the economic recovery and energy resilience, necessary in the current urgent circumstances in Europe, will also address the challenges for the definition of new mobility schemes.

With an agenda which includes 150 exhibitors, over 100 conferences featuring around 250 national and international speakers, and 150 start-ups and investors, the spheres of technology, data and innovation, as well as the society of the future, will be ever-present through the main themes of the Global Mobility Call.

Specifically, it will feature the participation of experts in digital technologies, data analytics, new infrastructures and energies to develop new mobility services for people and goods, with a focus on citizens while at the same time reducing its impact on the environment.

It  also seeks to contribute to the creation of a new, more inclusive, sustainable and connected society in the framework of the 2030 Agenda, by fomenting mobility habits which take into account the global influence of digitalisation on "non-mobility", the ownership of the means of transport, the influence of e-commerce on consumer decisions, as well as specific attention to different geographical and social realities.

In that regard, business representatives and experts will also talk about how that development will require the adaptation of services to society’s demands as people clamour for safer, environmentally-responsible solutions which improve their quality of life. At the same time, institutions and companies are awaiting the innovations, solutions and projects that will be presented, to thus adapt their projects in consonance with those changes in mobility.

The Global Mobility Call will also be a platform which places citizens at the very centre of the development of public and private initiatives for the promotion of sustainable mobility.
