GENERA and MATELEC cement international status with over 20 countries represented at the exhibition

The International Week of Electrification and Decarbonisation, encompassing the GENERA and MATELEC trade fairs, organised by IFEMA MADRID, reaffirms Spain's position as a leader in the energy and electricity sectors, and the international appeal of both events.
With the participation of more than 800 exhibiting companies from over 20 countries, GENERA and MATELEC have established their status as the main meeting points in southern Europe for the energy industry, electrical equipment, applied technological innovation and efficient solutions sectors.
The countries represented at the International Week of Electrification and Decarbonisation include Germany, Belgium ,China, USA, France, India, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Turkey, revealing the growing global appeal GENERA and MATELEC. The participation figures confirm that Spain, with major events such as the International Week of Electrification and Decarbonisation, is cementing its position as a platform for international connections between manufacturers, investors and technology companies from all over the world.
GENERA and MATELEC will also boost their international visibility through collaboration with important media partners in the different markets. Visiting from Portugal will be Renováveis Magazine, specialising in renewables; and O'Electricista, aimed at electrical installers. Also attending the event will be the magazine Solar B2B, covering the solar sector. Italy will be represented by Staff Editoriale, which covers the energy and industrial sectors, while Germany is represented by Photovoltaik, a leader in solar energy and storage. They will also be joined by Strategic Energy Corp which operates in Latin America and Europe, and the Belgian company Allicht, focussed on lighting technologies. The global nature of the event is completed by platforms like Voltimum, an international portal for electrical professionals, and pv magazine, one of the most influential photovoltaic magazines in the world.
