Reboca will present its pre-insulated pipe ranges at C&R 2025, specifically designed for air conditioning and refrigeration installations, where energy efficiency is crucial, according to Vicente Boluda, the company's Sales Manager. The company will also showcase its made-to-measure collectors, affirming its commitment to sustainability. "For us, innovation and respect for the environment always go hand in hand, with recyclable materials, responsible waste management and specific programmes to prevent the release of microplastics into the environment.

What are Reboca's main proposals and how important is sustainability for your company?

At Reboca we have been developing piping and fittings solutions for over 40 years, and our commitment is clear: to make air conditioning and refrigeration installations more efficient, safe and sustainable. The confidence that comes from working with systems that last 50 years, do not corrode and minimise energy losses, means less maintenance, less electricity consumption and, ultimately, more peace of mind and savings over the lifetime of the product.

From the very outset, it has been clear to us that our work should go beyond the product. We are committed to sustainability and the circular economy because our roots are in plastic recycling. We also provide health and safety. Sanitary water, air conditioning and heating networks made with our pipes guarantee quality, hygiene and durability. This results in cleaner, safer and more reliable installations.

As a company, we generate employment and value in our region, contributing to the industrial development of Valencia and L'Olleria in particular, a municipality of around 8,000 inhabitants. We also reinforce the image of Spanish industry in the world, exporting innovation to over 20 countries with our bases in Ecuador, the Dominican Republic and Cuba.

What products and services do you offer?

At Reboca we work under the Repolen brand and we offer polypropylene and polyethylene pipes and fittings, which are used in water installations, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or even fire-fighting systems. We have a wide range of solutions available: from single and multilayer pipes to pre-insulated systems that reduce energy losses, through to high density polyethylene networks for drinking water or irrigation. We also manufacture made-to-measure manifolds, adapted to each project, to facilitate assembly and ensure maximum reliability.

But we do not stop at the product. We accompany the installer, the engineer and the developer with technical advice, documentation and service that gives peace of mind at all stages of a project. In the end, we offer trust: solutions that respect the environment and help make the spaces where we live and work more comfortable and efficient.

In your opinion, what are the issues that will shape the future of the sector over the coming years?

One of the key issues that will shape the future of the sector is the energy transition, which has forced us to rethink how we design and install air conditioning and refrigeration systems to make them more efficient and environmentally friendly. At Reboca we feel we are an active part of this change and we want to accompany our customers along the way.

Another key aspect is digitalisation. More and more projects are designed in virtual environments and require accurate and accessible information. That's why we’re committed to providing professionals with tools like the BIM library and updated technical documentation, which facilitate planning and reduce time and errors on site. Furthermore, it is not enough to have a good product if it is not installed correctly, which is why at Reboca we are also committed to training. We offer our customers free training in fusion welding techniques, so that installers can work safely and confidently. We believe that sharing our knowledge is the best way to grow together as an industry and to ensure quality in all projects.

Last but not least is trust. The installer, engineer or developer needs suppliers who respond reliably, quickly and with tailored solutions. At Reboca we know that our relationship with the customer does not end with the sale, but continues with constant support, because in the end what matters is that the installation works well for many years.

How important is your company's participation in C&R 2025 and what innovations will you be presenting at the fair?

For us, being present at C&R 2025 is a key opportunity. It is the great showcase of the sector in Spain and a meeting point for installers, engineers, distributors and decision-makers. Our presence allows us to show first-hand how Repolen products contribute to more efficient, safe and sustainable installations, and at the same time to listen closely to what the market needs.

In this edition we are going to focus on our pre-insulated pipe ranges, specifically designed for air conditioning and refrigeration installations, where energy efficiency is key. Thanks to their insulation, they help reduce energy losses and maximise savings. We also want to promote our made-to-measure manifolds; these are adapted to the project and allow for the streamlining of installation and avoidance of errors on site, making work easier for installers and engineers and reducing costs. We will show our commitment to sustainability, something that is very present in all our product lines. For us, innovation and respect for the environment always go hand in hand, with recyclable materials, responsible waste management and specific programmes to prevent the release of microplastics into the environment.

In short, for Reboca, the C&R fair is a space for sharing innovation, building relationships and showing that air conditioning and refrigeration can be more efficient and environmentally friendly.
