Vicente Boluda (Reboca): C&R 2025 was a particularly strong edition
Reboca's Commercial Director gives a "very positive" assessment of their participation in C&R 2025 and assures that this "was a particularly strong edition, with three very intense days and traffic that was noticeable in the aisles and in the visitor profile: many installers, engineers and distributors looking for practical answers". Around 450 professionals visited the Reboca stand, whose representatives held around 50 business meetings, in addition to continuous technical meetings during the fair.
How would you rate the recent edition of C&R and how did it go?
The outcome is very positive. C&R 2025 has been a particularly strong edition: three very intense days with traffic that was noticeable in the aisles and in the visitors’ profile. In our case, the feeling was of a "lively stand" from the very first hour: many installers, engineers and distributors looking for practical answers.
In terms of figures, although we have not yet finalised the definitive numbers, because we are still registering and qualifying contacts, our internal estimate is as follows: in terms of visitors to the stand, around 450 professionals over the 3 days, with very marked peaks in the early hours of the morning; and around 50 business meetings already scheduled, to which were added continuous technical "micro-meetings" on the stand.
What were your most successful innovations and products?
If I had to sum up "what drew people to Reboca", I would mention two names: Repolen Faser Clima and Repolen Faser Clima Preinsulated. The first because of its approach to air conditioning networks with PPR-CT and glass fibre reinforcement aimed at stability and durability; the second because the pre-insulation (PUR + outer sheath) directly helps to tackle the real problem of many installations: energy lost in transit and condensation control.
In general, there was a lot of technical discussion around how to reduce losses in HVAC chilled/hot water networks, and how to facilitate a clean and quick installation. In addition to the physical product, the great innovation this year has been the qualitative leap in digital. We are present at BIMobject with downloadable objects. And, in addition, at Reboca we have developed a BIM library of more than 1,000 references, with a focus on compatibility and performance (e.g. Revit), and product information to facilitate take-offs and planning.
What impact will the fair have for you in terms of boosting your business and your customers?
We expect three very concrete impacts, and all three are directly linked to the business and to bringing real value to the customer. The first consists of more "secured" projects from the specification phase. C&R allows us to talk face to face with engineering companies, developers and maintenance companies, and the objective is for Reboca to enter the cycle earlier: not only when there is a purchase, but also when the design of the installation is decided.
The second impact is to speed up work and reduce friction (time, incidents and wasted energy). The installer and the site manager are looking for solutions that cause fewer problems: less improvisation, fewer possible errors and faster assembly. In this respect, both the Repolen Preinsulated range, as well as the design and manufacture of tailor-made manifolds are a very useful tool.
And the third impact focuses on the digital push: that Reboca is better "embedded" in the projects. At the fair we noticed a lot of interest in working with manufacturers to facilitate design and planning. Being in BIMobject and having our own BIM library helps the designer to model, measure and coordinate faster. This shortens time and avoids mistakes and ultimately translates into more customer confidence and repeat business. And if someone discovers us at a trade fair, our idea is that the next stop is very simple: go to the website, see the solution and ask for support. All the product information, documentation and contact details are there for the technical-commercial team to support the project.
