PROMOGIFT, from 7 to 9 February 2023, organised by IFEMA MADRID

The International Promotional Gift Trade Show, PROMOGIFT, has just renewed an agreement with two sector associations, the Association of Importers, Wholesalers and Manufacturers of Promotional Items (AIMFAP), and the International Association of Manufacturers and Promotional and Advertising Gift Articles, FYVAR. Once again, both business groups, which have supported the benchmark show for this industry in Southern Europe right from the start, will support the event for the fifteenth time. The trade show is organised by IFEMA MADRID in Hall 12 of the Recinto Ferial from 7 to 9 February 2023.

The upcoming meeting is inspiring great expectations, as evidenced by the fact that, so far, a total of 120 companies have already confirmed their presence at PROMOGIFT 2023, having reserved 3,900 m2 of exhibition space.

Manufacturers, distributors and promotional and advertising gift and machinery importers, in short, the leading firms in this important sector of the economy, will be back at PROMOGIFT to show off the latest innovations. It will be attended by an extensive group of PTO sector professionals made up of advertising agencies, communication agencies, sign makers, graphic arts, souvenirs and other related sectors.

Those responsible for both the associations integrated into PROMOGIFT are very positive about the prospects for this major commercial event.

Emilio Estellés-Zenón, President of AIMFAP and the company Enyes, said that "the renewal of the agreement with IFEMA MADRID is the path to follow to have a strong trade fair endorsed by the two sector associations, which have worked together to make this commitment."

According to Estellés - Zenón, PROMOGIFT, "with its internationalisation and harmonisation of the European trade fair calendar, will be one of the main objectives of this agreement. On the other hand, the search for synergies with similar sectors, such as digital printing machinery and traditional printing systems, should complement the advertising sector trade fair. The industry has bounced back and is doing well after the pandemic, and it is now possible to confirm that 2019 levels have been amply surpassed by almost all the sector's companies".

Likewise, Gabriel Möesse, President of FYVAR and exhibiting brand Paul Sticker, stated that "renewing the FYVAR and AIMFAP agreement with IFEMA MADRID for the next five years is crucial to the continuity of the success of the only trade fair that represents the entire PTO sector in the Iberian Peninsula, which already has a long history".

According to Möesse, "PROMOGIFT will continue to be a unique benchmark for all the business gift sector players. Once again, importers, wholesalers and distributors are meeting companies that supply printing machinery, services and consumables for advertising in a top-tier business setting, which is extremely beneficial to all parties. And all this to cement the positioning of PROMOGIFT within the international trade fair calendar".
