Private Label Congress

The Congress is strictly for professionals in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, particularly those involved in:

• Modern retail and distribution channels (food and non-food)
• Private label manufacturers and inter-suppliers
• Logistics operators, consultants, purchasing and strategy managers
• Supermarkets, hypermarkets, specialty stores and e-commerce
• Sustainability, innovation, packaging, R&D and marketing professionals

• The Congress features a specialized program of keynote sessions and round tables targeted at qualified professionals.
• The trade show area is open to accredited professional visitors but does not include access to the Congress, unless the individual has a valid congress pass.

There are two registration options:

• Direct purchase of a congress pass via IFEMA MADRID’s official registration platform.
• Use of a validated invitation code, issued by an exhibitor, sponsor, or other authorized entity.

All registrations are digital, personal and non-transferable. No printed tickets will be issued and no onsite sales are available.

The congress pass provides:

• Access to all sessions of the Congress (subject to capacity)
• Access to the trade show area
• Admission to authorized special sessions
• Eligibility to attend private events (if an additional invitation is presented)

Yes. Access to the trade show area is available via other professional credentials such as:

• Exhibitor
• Hosted buyer
• Accredited professional visitor
• Accredited press
• Congress speaker

These access types are also managed via the official registration platform and do not grant access to the Congress, unless explicitly authorized.

• Invitation codes are unique, nominative and must be linked to a valid email address.
• They must be redeemed exclusively through the official registration platform.
• Misuse (e.g., sharing, forwarding, duplicating) will result in automatic cancellation of the pass without replacement.

It depends on the type of code:

• Exhibitor-issued codes must be redeemed no later than 20 October 2026. After this date, they will be deactivated and cannot be used, regardless of when they were received.
• Codes issued to other groups (sponsors, collaborators, institutional guests, speakers) will follow specific deadlines communicated directly by the organizers.

The code will no longer be valid, and you will not be able to register.
No exceptions will be made, as this rule ensures capacity planning and operational efficiency.

No. All registrations are subject to professional profile validation by the organizers.
IFEMA MADRID and Alimarket may deny or revoke a pass at any time if the registrant does not meet the eligibility criteria.

No. All invitation codes and passes are strictly personal and non-transferable.

Registration and invitation redemption may be closed early once the authorized capacity has been reached.
Holding an unused code does not guarantee access if it was not redeemed in time.

To access these events, you must:

• Hold a valid pass issued via official channels (congress attendee, exhibitor, sponsor, hosted buyer, professional visitor, speaker or accredited media)
• Present the specific invitation for the private event upon entry

Please note: the private event invitation does not grant access to the full Congress program.

Your data will be processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Law 3/2018.
It will be used exclusively for Congress registration, access control and official communications.
Data will not be shared with third parties beyond IFEMA MADRID and Alimarket, as co-organizers of the event.
