Antonio Khalaf
Antonio Khalaf has been General Manager of Circana Spain since last month, a position he was promoted to after seven years as the company's Commercial Director.
Khalaf has more than 12 years of experience in mass consumption, as well as an extensive professional career in other sectors such as the automotive industry, advertising agencies and telecommunications.
Antonio Font Soler
Antonio Font Soler, 55 years old, married with two daughters. He began his career in the world of food distribution when he was only 20 years old, while he was studying business. He holds an MBA from the Instituto de Directivos de Empresa, a PDD from IESE and an ADECA from the Instituto San Telmo.
Due to his professional career, he is a great connoisseur of distribution operations, both in the fresh products sector (the sector in which he started) and in the dry and non-food sectors, having held positions of different responsibilities in all of them within the Caprabo Group. In 2008 he left his position as Director of the Commercial area in this group to join Euromadi Ibérica, where he has continued to develop his activity within the world of distribution as General Manager.
Antonio Prada
Antonio Prada joined Lidl in 2006, developing different responsibilities in the areas of sales, quality and food safety, both in the group's headquarters in Germany and in the Spanish subsidiary. In Lidl Spain, he has been in charge of the Quality and Sustainability Department since 2024.
Antonio is a Technical Engineer in Agro-food Industries, Specialist in Agricultural and Food Industries from the University of Vigo.
Nahuel Pianarosa
Nahuel Pianarosa joined the Vierci Group, retail leader in Paraguay, in 2021. First as Proximity Manager and from 2022 as Commercial Manager. Previously, he had worked in the retail sector at Citymarket (Paraguay) and at the Argentinean subsidiary of Carrefour.
Nahuel holds a degree in Marketing from Kennedy University and postgraduate studies at the University of Michigan (Successful Negotiation, Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services), IAE Business School (Retail Management) and Yale University (Financial Markets, Business Administration, Management and Operations).
Javier Castillo
Javier Castillo has a deep understanding of the reality of the FMCG market in Latin America, having worked both on the manufacturing side (8 years at Procter & Gamble), consulting (McKinsey & Company) and retail. In 2023 he joined the team at Walmart, the world's leading retailer, with shops in more than 20 countries, of which 2,850 are in Mexico.
Eva Pinillos
Eva Pinillos has a degree in journalism from the Complutense University of Madrid and has been working at Mercadona since 2004. Previously, she worked in various media, such as Onda Cero and Radio España, where she reported on parliamentary, political and economic issues.
At Mercadona, she is in charge of communications in Madrid, within the Corporate Communications Division.
From this position, she manages the company's relationship with the national media, explaining Mercadona's strategies and movements.
Rafael Aguilera
Rafael Aguilera holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Cordoba, and since 2019 he has held the position of General Director of UNO, the Spanish Business Association of Logistics and Transport.
Until joining UNO, he worked at the technology consultancy firm Everis, where since 2012 he has developed and led digitalisation and innovation projects, Big Data, Data Analytics and Cloud Computing, always for logistics and transport companies in the retail and consumer goods sectors, both in traditional and Agile teams.
As Managing Director of UNO, his objective is to defend the interests of the sector and promote the digitalisation and innovation of transport, urban distribution of goods (DUM), as well as logistics and the supply chain from a practical point of view, thanks to the experience acquired in his previous professional career.
In 2017, he was selected by Everis as a member of the Executive Talent Development programme of the Transforma España Foundation.
As a complement to his training, he is a Scrum Master, Executive Master in Integral Logistics Management and has an MBA from ThePowerMBA.

Alejandro Arola has been President for over 30 years of Arola Aduanas, a company that provides customs management services, logistics operator, ship consignment, legal advice, Special Taxes management, consultancy and training in foreign trade. Alejandro Arola is also co-author of the books ‘Operador Económico Autorizado’ (Ed. Taric), ‘Guía para la pyme exportadora: aduanas, logística e inspección’ (Ed. AENOR) and ‘Derecho Aduanero actual’ (Ed. Tirant lo Blanc), coordinator of the legal book ‘Memento de Aduanas’ (Ed. Lefevre) and professor at UPF Barcelona School of Management.
Dolores Ruiz
Dolores Ruiz is an expert Supply Chain Manager with a proven track record in companies such as Procter & Gamble, Fromageries Bel or Groupe Lactalis. Since 2018 she is
Global Director of the Contract Logistics Business Unit and member of Tiba's Management Committee.
In addition, she is a member of the Forum of Logistics Experts ‘FELOG’, Professor in the Master in Logistics, Transport and Supply Chain Management (ESIC), speaker and columnist in various industry forums and media and co-author of several books on the supply chain. She was awarded the Logistics Executive Award by the CEL, 2014.
Dolores Ruiz holds a degree in Chemical Sciences (UAM), and is certified in the Management of National and International Transport Companies and Programme for Board Members (ESADE).
