Participation form - White Gallery

The White Gallery is a curated exhibition space designed to highlight the most innovative and sustainable products presented by PRIVEL exhibitors. Only exhibiting companies may participate, presenting a single product or selected range that will be displayed in poster format, with museum-style design and unified identity.

Participation is subject to space availability, with registration confirmed only after receipt of this form and the required graphic materials. The cost per participant is €300 + VAT, non-refundable once confirmed.

• Participation is reserved exclusively for companies exhibiting at PRIVEL 2025.
• The final design of the poster will be carried out by IFEMA based on this form. No modifications will be accepted after validation.
• IFEMA will decide the order and location of the posters, based on technical and aesthetic criteria. No complaints or requests for relocation will be accepted.
• The exhibitor is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content, images and links provided.
• Participation implies acceptance of the White Gallery rules, including possible unwanted errors in the layout.
• No refunds will be made once the registration fee has been processed.
• The number of spaces is limited and will be allocated in order of registration up to 20 days before the start of the fair (6 October).
• Although quality review standards will be applied, IFEMA is not responsible for any unintentional errors in the transcription, layout or adaptation of the content submitted by the exhibitor. Participation implies acceptance of the final result of the poster.
