Intergift presents EmocionArte, a new decoration space with an artistic flavour
The initiative has added artworks and decorative pieces to the fair's offerings.
The soon-to-open edition of Intergift, which will be held from 4 to 7 February at IFEMA MADRID, will début EmocionArte, a new space created to spotlight art, decoration and sentiment. Housed in Hall 9, this area will feature a sensory reading of decorative objects, including unique pieces, limited editions, and exclusive works created by artists with outstanding aesthetic value and an impressive, expressive load. EmocionArte is set to be an essential visit for trade professionals attending this event, which is just about to open.
The space has been designed to create synergies between artists with unique productions and industry professionals, including interior design studios, architects, and specifiers for high-end decoration brands, who need distinctive pieces to give character to their spaces. Additionally, as part of the commitment to talent and innovation, the logo for this area has been created by the Creative Campus students at the European University to strengthen the link among education, design, and the professional sector.
A tour of pieces with soul
EmocionArte will host, in its first edition, works in glass, ceramics, lighting, and decorative sculpture, created by various artists and decorators, to showcase the richness of languages and techniques applied to the world of home and design.
Among the pieces on display are Reflexión fragmentada, a glass creation developed by the studio Mayice for Joyería Suárez in collaboration with the Real Fábrica de Cristales de La Granja; the ceramic works Colección Tejiendo el Barro and Europa, signed by Manuel y Esther Moreno (more & more design); and a carefully selected range of works by Mónica Baquedano (Línea Lateral).
The proposal will be completed with lighting pieces such as the Kolea Lamp by Miguel Trigo Morán, and sculptural and decorative works by Vicente Soriano, Shira Valls, and Vicente Manzal from the Perspectiva10 studio, to provide a contemporary vision of the artistic object in space.
At this revamped and unique annual edition of Intergift, EmocionArte is joining the complete exhibition offering at the Fair, which will once again bring together the latest in textiles, decoration, interior design and gifts from 4 to 7 February at IFEMA MADRID.
