What does your company contribute in the field of air conditioning and refrigeration, and which sectors does it help decarbonise?

At Mayekawa we are committed to offering sustainable, efficient and safe solutions in industrial refrigeration, air conditioning and thermal processes. Our technology contributes directly to the decarbonisation of key sectors such as food, logistics, chemicals and energy, helping our customers reduce their environmental footprint without compromising on productivity.

What systems and solutions does your company focus on?

Our offering focuses on refrigeration systems with screw and reciprocating compressors as well as industrial and high-efficiency heat pump solutions. We also develop automation and control systems, especially focused on the meat sector, where we apply advanced robotics for meat deboning, improving food safety, operational efficiency and traceability.

We also advise our clients on the optimal integration of our solutions within their installations, ensuring they are adapted to their technical, operational and energy needs. We are committed to the use of natural refrigerants such as ammonia and CO₂, in line with European regulations and sustainability objectives.

How do you see the future of the sector?

We believe that the future of the sector lies in collaboration between manufacturers, engineering companies and end users to accelerate the energy transition. Mayekawa has over 100 years of international experience in the development of refrigeration and air conditioning solutions, which enables us to offer reliable and safe technology adapted to the real needs of the market. How important is your company's participation in C&R 2025 and what innovations will you be presenting at the event?

The C&R exhibition is a strategic meeting point for the industry, and for Mayekawa it represents a unique opportunity to share knowledge, present innovations and hear first-hand about the needs of the market. At this edition, we will present our latest standardised heat pump solutions for energy recovery, mHEAT, together with our range of standardised low-charge natural refrigerant coolers, such as the mCHILLER FUGU and TAKA models, designed to offer maximum efficiency, safety and sustainability in industrial applications.
