What goals has TECNA historically set itself in the field of air conditioning?
Since our origins 30 years ago, we have always pursued the same goal: to provide society with innovative and efficient air conditioning solutions that have the least possible impact on the environment, while at the same time providing the best possible degree of comfort for people. In a context where energy efficiency, air quality and sustainability are real priorities, we see our role as facilitating that transition.
We provide systems that reduce energy consumption, improve comfort and are designed to last, but we also provide our partners and customers with an involved technical-commercial team, agile logistics and an after-sales service that works. This allows us to add value to each project and also to help society by building healthier, more efficient and sustainable spaces.
Ultimately, what we bring above all else is confidence. Confidence that behind each team there is a committed and close human team that responds. TECNA is not just a supplier of HVAC solutions; we are a partner that accompanies the professional from the initial phase of each project to the after-sales support. Today, this is more highly valued than ever.
What is the coverage of your product range?
Our product range covers practically all the needs of the sector for commercial, industrial and residential environments: heat pumps, rooftops, heat recovery units, fan coils, mechanical ventilation and air handling units, through to designer radiators, evaporative air conditioning, solar thermal systems or DHW. Today more than ever, thanks to our recent incorporation into the international MBT Climate Group, we have a top brand for every need.
In terms of concrete solutions, we work with cutting-edge technologies. With CLIVET, for example, we respond to the need for high-performance heat pumps, with the possibility of cascade installation, chillers and rooftops, as well as innovative systems for air treatment. In the field of fan coils, SABIANA has always been synonymous with quality and, to this day, we continue to innovate with models that combine compact design, absolute silence and outstanding performance.
In heating, we continue to commit to our range of CICSA radiators, with models that combine aesthetics and efficiency, prepared to work with low temperatures and perfectly integrated in renewable energy systems.
And I cannot fail to mention our leading position in the evaporative air conditioning segment, with TECNA solutions that stand out for their energy efficiency, reliability and regulatory compliance, especially valued in industrial and logistics applications, where thermal comfort conditions are crucial. In fact, if I may say so, it is the only viable technology for cooling large spaces.
However, I would argue that even more important than what we offer is who we are and, therefore, how we offer it.
We have an extensive network of over 30 sales technicians who provide an enormous capillarity at national level, allowing us to be at the side of each project. In addition to these, there is a specialised team of more than 15 prescription technicians, focused on providing solutions in decarbonisation under equipment of the made in Europe brands CLIVET and SABIANA, with special focus on all current regulations and requirements.
In the after-sales area, we have our own team of technicians and a network of partner services distributed throughout the Iberian peninsula, giving us the capacity to respond very quickly and professionally, which is what our customers expect.
How important is training for installers?
Training for installers is another focus of our work. We know that innovation only makes sense if it reaches the professional. That's why we offer specialised training, practical courses and webinars to update knowledge and solve real day-to-day doubts. Our showrooms in Spain and Portugal are a real meeting point where customers, installers and specifiers can see the equipment in operation, test solutions and share experiences. It is a living space for the exchange of ideas and the joint construction of a more prepared and competitive sector.
But all this would be for nothing if we could not get the equipment to our customers in a flexible way, and that is why we have been investing in logistical efficiency for some time through large spaces, technology and specialised personnel. Our logistics centre, located in Daganzo (Madrid), is one of our strategic assets. With more than 18,000 square metres and 21 loading bays, it is equipped with the most advanced management processes to guarantee immediate stock availability and fast deliveries. Thanks to this centre, we offer an agile and flexible service that makes life easier for our customers, as demonstrated by our TECNA Express programme, which allows same-day or next-day pick-up.
It is also an energy-efficient certified space and air-conditioned with our own solutions, which clearly reflects our commitment to sustainability and leading by example.
How is TECNA preparing for the changing times in the sector?
This is a key moment for the sector. The transition to a cleaner and more efficient energy model is no longer an option; it is a "must" for society and a great opportunity for our sector. The wind is blowing in our favour and it is our responsibility to take advantage of it, which is why we are committed to innovation and doing things well.
At TECNA, we have been preparing for this change for years. Today, being part of the European MBT Climate ecosystem gives us a unique industrial strength and innovation capacity. Our factories in Europe, our laboratories and our commitment to technological development allow us to launch products that are more efficient, more connected and more responsive to the real needs of the market.

What and new features and offerings will you bring to C&R 2025?
C&R has always been a very important event for us, but this year it is especially important because we come with a stronger and more complete proposal than ever. The fair allows us to share our vision, listen to the market and show, in a very tangible way, what we can offer today as part of the MBT Climate group, which aims to be the biggest player in air conditioning in Europe.

We will also bring our most advanced residential solutions such as Elfo Fresh, and present, for the first time, the new SABIANA SKYSTAR SK-ECM-HY and WHISPER CFF-ECM OW models, which have been very positively received by decision-makers and architects for their elegant design, compact size and energy efficiency.
In heating, we will show a representative selection of our CICSA radiators, with special focus on low temperature models and contemporary design, very much in line with current energy reform projects. As well as some surprises in terms of new manufacturing techniques.
In the residential section, represented by our SOLIUS brand, we will be showing high-performance heat pumps with R290, latest-generation storage heaters and VMC systems designed to suit any home.
And, of course, we will have a prominent space for our TECNA evaporative air conditioning range, which is today one of the most complete on the market, especially in professional high flow solutions for industrial and logistic environments. The combination of efficiency, simplicity and regulatory compliance makes it an increasingly popular option.
