Benincà creates a solution to automating large-sized sectional doors
The Benincà Group adds its new JACK24 actuator to the range of motors for side-mounted sectional doors. This is an ideal solution in any context requiring automatic, large-sized sectional doors (of up to 35 m2) or for particularly intensive work cycles.
Benincà adds their new JACK24 actuator to their range of side-mounted sectional doors. The motor is available in two versions: JACK24.50, for doors up to 20 m², and JACK24.80, for doors up to 35 m². It is equipped with a built-in control unit with a 115/230 V AC switch-mode power supply, which allows low power consumption and long motor life.
Its small size (11cm. wide) makes for easy and quick assembly, even in constricted spaces.
The control unit incorporated in the engine has an integrated radio receiver, with ARC-only coding and the possibility of memorizing 512 transmitters. This is in addition to the display and adjustment of the opening and closing decelerations. Quick and easy to install thanks to its integrated electronic limit switches, JACK24 is equipped with quick release and a battery charger, which can be integrated into the motor (2 x 1.2 Ah batteries) to be able to operate even without electric power.
The control unit, easily accessible thanks to the hinged front cover, is equipped with an innovative system for reducing power consumption (ESA+), which ensures a standby power consumption of less than 0.3W.
