Below are some of the sponsorships for SIMO EDUCACIÓN 2025:

The Main Sponsor of SIMO EDUCATION will have exclusivity in this category and the following benefits:

  • Logo on SIMO EDUCATION signage under the “Main Sponsor” category.
  • Logo on all SIMO EDUCATION graphic materials (tickets, accreditations, floor plans, etc.).
  • Visibility in the fair’s visual identity on the main façade screen of IFEMA Madrid.
  • Logo on the SIMO EDUCATION website, under the Main Sponsor category, with a link to the sponsor’s own website.
  • Option to have a dedicated module on the website featuring branded content related to the fair.
  • Inclusion of the sponsor’s activities in the Activities Program published on the website.

  • Visibility of the sponsorship on EDUCACION 3.0 (this benefit is subject to the date the agreement is finalized).

Communication

  • A dedicated press release announcing the sponsorship agreement, with messages agreed upon with the sponsor.
  • Mention of the sponsor’s participation, as Main Sponsor, in the fair’s opening press release.
  • Inclusion of the sponsor in the Press Dossier.
    The press releases will be distributed by IFEMA’s Press Office to the SIMO EDUCATION database and to contacts within the education sector of IFEMA Madrid’s fairs.
  • Communication of the sponsorship on the @simoedu_ social media profiles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X) and @educaciontrespuntocero when relevant:
    • 1 repost of sponsor content before the fair.
    • 1 pre-event post announcing the brand’s participation in SIMO EDUCATION.
    • 1 post during the fair.
    • Instagram Stories during the fair.
    • Reposts of sponsor content during the fair.
    • Option to feature a representative of the brand in an Instagram Reel interview.

Public Relations

  • 250 invitations to SIMO EDUCATION: valid for one person, one entry, between Tuesday and Thursday.
  • 3 VIP passes: valid for one person, one entry, between Tuesday and Thursday. Parking included for all fair days.

Sponsor Rights

The sponsor will have the right to use the SIMO EDUCATION logo in its advertising campaigns associated with the sponsorship. All creative materials must be approved by the SIMO EDUCATION Management.

FINANCIAL VALUATION

SIMO EDUCATION values this sponsorship proposal and its associated benefits at:

Exhibiting Company: €15,000 + VAT

Non-Exhibiting Company: €17,500 + VAT

SIMO EDUCATION DIRECTORS is aimed at school management teams and education leaders from regional administrations.

In this edition, it will be a two-day exclusive space (the first and second days of the fair) featuring morning and afternoon sessions where leading experts will analyze the main challenges faced by management teams, as well as the opportunities technology offers in classrooms from a leadership and educational management perspective.

Brand Visibility and Presence

  • Logo on the signage and communications related to the SIMO EDUCATION DIRECTORS section, as Sponsor of this program.
  • Visibility in the fair’s visual identity on the main façade screen of IFEMA Madrid.
  • Brand presence in the room where the SIMO EDUCATION DIRECTORS sessions take place.
  • Sponsor logo with a link to its website on the SIMO EDUCATION DIRECTORS section of the event website.
  • Inclusion of the sponsoring brand in the mention of SIMO EDUCATION DIRECTORS within the general fair Activity Program.
  • Visibility of the sponsorship on EDUCACION 3.0 (subject to the date the agreement is finalized).

  • Mention of the sponsor and inclusion of sponsor text in the dedicated press release introducing SIMO EDUCATION DIRECTORS.
    The press release will be distributed by IFEMA’s Press Office to the SIMO EDUCATION database and the education sector contacts of IFEMA Madrid fairs.
  • Communication of sponsorship participation on @simoedu_ social media profiles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X) and @educaciontrespuntocero when appropriate:
    • 1 repost of sponsor content before the fair.
    • 1 Instagram Story during the fair.
    • 1 post during the fair.

  • Logo on SIMO EDUCATION signage as the Professional Visitor Registration Sponsor.
  • Visibility in the fair’s visual identity on the main façade screen of IFEMA Madrid.
  • The sponsor may access visitor registration data, provided visitors give consent for this purpose during registration.
  • Visibility of the sponsorship on EDUCACION 3.0 (subject to the date the agreement is finalized).
  • Sponsor logo on professional accreditations for SIMO EDUCATION.
  • Sponsor logo on the online registration section of the SIMO EDUCATION website.
  • Prominent visibility on signage and at the physical registration desk for professional visitors at IFEMA Madrid, reaching all SIMO EDUCATION attendees.

Communication

  • A dedicated press release announcing the agreement, with content agreed upon with the sponsor.
  • The press release will be distributed by IFEMA Madrid’s Press Office to the SIMO EDUCATION database and education sector contacts.
  • Presence in communications announcing the activation of the registration service and confirmation emails sent to registered users.
  • Communication of the sponsorship on @simoedu_ social media profiles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X) and @educaciontrespuntocero when relevant:

Brand Visibility and Presence

  • Naming rights for the SIMO EDUCATION 2025 VIP Lounge, located in Hall 5 where the fair is held.
  • Access to the SIMO EDUCATION + Sponsor VIP Lounge will be granted to holders of the DIRECTOR accreditation issued by SIMO EDUCATION, speakers, authorities, and other professionals authorized by the sponsor, in addition to SIMO EDUCATION exhibitors.
  • The lounge will serve as a space for rest, work, and networking.
  • The lounge will include basic signage, setup, decoration, and furniture. It does not include computers, screens, hostesses, or catering (). Water and coffee services () are also not included in the fee and must be contracted through IFEMA Madrid-approved suppliers.
  • Logo on SIMO EDUCATION signage.
  • Logo on the lounge signage, alongside the name “SIMO EDUCATION VIP LOUNGE.”

Communication

  • Dedicated press release announcing the sponsor’s participation in the fair and its sponsorship activities. Content will be agreed upon with the sponsor.
    The press release will be distributed by IFEMA Madrid’s Press Office to the SIMO EDUCATION database and education sector contacts of IFEMA Madrid fairs.
  • Communication of the sponsor’s participation and activities on @simoedu_ social media profiles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X):
    • 1 repost of sponsor content before the fair.
    • 1 Instagram Story during the fair.
    • 1 post during the fair.
