GEARING UP FOR SIMO EDUCACION 2018
With the slogan 'Innovating in Education, Transforming the World', the trade show invites leading brands in the fields of technology and digital content for teaching to the fifth edition of this event, to be held from Tuesday the 13th to Thursday the 15th of November, at Feria de Madrid.
For the fifth year running IFEMA invites leading brands in the fields of technology and digital content for teaching to a new edition of SIMO EDUCACIÓN, the leading technological event for teaching professionals. The show will take place from Tuesday the 13th to Thursday the 15th of November at Feria de Madrid.
The trade show, which is organised by IFEMA in collaboration with specialised Spanish publication Educación 3.0, will once again present a significant perspective on the latest tools and technological solutions available to promote innovation in education, as well as to improve learning processes and the management of educational institutions.
The content is of great interest to the education community, as revealed by the data collected during its previous edition which was attended by 9,442 professionals from all over Spain, 15 por ciento more than in 2016 - as well as a growing number of international visitors - and which showcased the latest developments from 231 companies and 18 different countries.
In fact, the proposals presented at SIMO EDUCACIÓN invite those attending to take part in a platform of knowledge and trend awareness, both present and future, which spans all stages of teaching, from pre-school to professional training courses or university and life-long learning. It offers an extraordinarily attractive platform for managers and teachers at education centres, training managers in companies, and public administration representatives within the fields of education and development - and the number of people attending the event from these groups grows every year.
On this occasion, and with the slogan 'Innovating in Education, transforming the world', SIMO EDUCACIÓN 2018 will pay particular attention to Professional Development and will feature spaces dedicated to Start Ups, at SIMO EDUCACIÓN IMPULSO; and to innovation in equipment and services, as part of their initiative SIMO EDUCACIÓN INNOVA, as well as a very dynamic MAKERS area, amongst other proposals.
Apart from the above there will also be a program of Technical Conferences which will once again examine the most current issues from the point of view of a select group of national and international experts. There will also be some special sessions aimed at school directors, which will cover matters of the highest interest for this collective and in accordance with their interests as well as present different examples of highly innovative experiences carried out at different centres across Spain, amongst many other activities.
