The trade fair confirms the participation of purchasing executives from major retail chains and leading international operators representing 30 strategic markets.

IFEMA MADRID will host PRIVEL, the private label trade fair organised in collaboration with Alimarket, on 4 and 5 November 2026. With less than a month to go before its second edition, the event has announced a high-level international network of buyers connecting manufacturers and suppliers with major retail groups from four continents.

Through its International Buyers Programme, which brings together more than 50 leading retail groups from over 30 strategic markets across Europe, the Americas and Asia, PRIVEL 2026 continues to strengthen its position as a major professional meeting point for the private label industry and its wider ecosystem.

Developed by Alimarket in partnership with ICEX Spain Export and Investment, this initiative reinforces the fair’s global reach and has been strategically designed to create business opportunities for the more than 370 exhibiting companies.

The PRIVEL 2026 Buyers Programme has already secured the participation of virtually the entire Spanish retail sector, including leading groups such as Carrefour, Lidl, Aldi, Eroski, Alcampo, DIA, Euromadi, Grupo IFA and Unide, among others.

This strong support from the Spanish market is complemented by growing international participation, positioning PRIVEL as a strategic platform for manufacturers and brands seeking to expand their commercial reach. In Europe, buyers will attend from companies including Carrefour France, Sonae, Amazon, Brindisa, Dita Estfarm, Aurelia Trade, DIT – Distribuzione Italiana, ARD Discount-Ergon, Apulia Distribuzione and Sole365, reflecting the interest the event is generating among some of the continent’s leading retail and distribution operators.

Latin America will once again be one of the most strongly represented regions in the programme, with purchasing executives attending from prominent companies across more than a dozen countries. These include groups such as Chedraui, H-E-B, Merco, Zorro Abarrotero, Casa Ley and FEMSA (Oxxo) in Mexico; Grupo Ramos, Centro Cuesta Nacional and Supermercados Bravo in the Dominican Republic; Olímpica, Cencosud, Ísimo and Alkosto in Colombia; SMU, Cencosud, Tottus and Espol in Chile; Supermercados Peruanos, Cencosud, Tottus and Farmacias Peruanas in Peru; Grupo Muffato in Brazil; Farmatodo in Venezuela; Corporación Favorita, Corporación Rosado and TIA (Tiendas Industriales Asociadas) in Ecuador; Tienda Inglesa and TATA in Uruguay; Cencosud and La Anónima in Argentina; Grupo Vierci in Paraguay; Auto Mercado in Costa Rica, as well as GTA (Grupo Tiendas Asicuadas) and Unisuper Latorre in Guatemala, among other leading companies in their respective markets.

PRIVEL 2026’s international reach will be further enhanced by the participation of buyers from the United States, representing companies such as JCS TRADECOM Inc. and PriceSmart, as well as from Asia, represented by the South Korean group Lotte, one of the continent’s leading retail operators.

PRIVEL offers a highly specialised business meeting programme to support international expansion

Through this programme, exhibitors will have access to a carefully curated schedule of B2B meetings with purchasing executives and key decision-makers from leading companies, helping them identify new business opportunities, enter new markets and develop strategic partnerships in high-potential markets.

With this significant participation from domestic and international buyers, PRIVEL 2026 strengthens its role as a business platform for the private label sector, fostering direct connections between suppliers and buyers and supporting the international expansion of participating companies.
