Madridjoya Image Forum to promote debate within the jewellery sector with a programme of specialised presentations

The trade fair will go beyond its extensive commercial offering by providing an informative space where companies, associations, and other organisations connected to the jewellery sector will actively participate.

Madridjoya will once again present the Image Forum, a dedicated space for debate, located in Hall 4 of IFEMA MADRID. On Friday, 12 September, this forum will host a diverse programme of presentations covering a range of current topics for the industry.

The initiative forms part of the Salón Internacional de Joyería y Relojería Urbanas y de Tendencias (International Urban and Trendy Jewellery and Watch Exhibition Fair), organised by IFEMA MADRID from 11 to 14 September, which, alongside its broad range of commercial offerings, will feature this informative environment that encourages active engagement from companies, associations, and other sector-related entities. Additionally, the Madridjoya Foro Imagen aims to strengthen relationships between key players across the high jewellery, consumer jewellery, silverware, watchmaking, and related industries.

A programme that combines sustainability, training and technology

The presentation day will commence on Friday, 12 September, at 11:00 a.m., with representatives from the Andalusian Government leading a discussion titled "Are sustainability certificates profitable?" Later, the Asociación de Joyeros Sostenibles (Sustainable Jewellers Association), led by expert Paola Duque, will participate in the presentation "Real Sustainability or Greenwashing in Jewellery" at 12:30 p.m. In this context, Engraving Techniques will explore Pandora: the greatest success story in contemporary jewellery, a presentation scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. in the Forum.

Finally, AVAJOYA, Asociación del sector de Joyería y Afines de la Comunidad Valenciana (Association of the Jewellery and Related Industries of the Valencian Community) will open the afternoon programme at 3:30 p.m., addressing The Power of International Jewellery. Additionally, through 3DESIGN, professionals will have the opportunity to explore the evolution of education within the sector via the session titled Jewellery Training in Real-Time: Towards a Flexible and Interactive Education, which will commence at 4:30 p.m.

The Madridjoya Image Forum will conclude its programme of activities at 5:30 p.m. With a presentation on technological solutions impacting the sector, featuring Integral Gemology: the new AI assistant for jewellers and gemologists by Estimorun Academy,

Madridjoya will coincide with Bisutex and MOMAD, creating a significant professional gathering at IFEMA MADRID that will enhance business opportunities and strengthen the commercial reach for all brands.
