Expodental presents its 2026 edition to dental sector professionals

IFEMA MADRID and Fenin have revealed some of the details and content to be featured in the 2026 edition of Salón Internacional de Equipos, Productos y Servicios Dentales (International Dental Equipment, Products, and Services Exhibition) from 11 to 13 March in Halls 4, 6, and 8 on the Recinto Ferial.
Nearly 100 professionals from 80 leading companies in the dental sector gathered this morning at the Ferial Complex for the launch of Expodental 2026, the International Dental Equipment, Products, and Services Exhibition. The fair, organised by IFEMA MADRID in collaboration with the Spanish Federation of Healthcare Technology Companies (Fenin), will open for the 18th time on Wednesday, 11 March, and run to Friday, 13 March. It has been moved to weekdays to enhance its professional focus and facilitate a better work-life balance.
The event, which featured speeches by Arancha Priede, General Director of Business Fairs and Congresses at IFEMA MADRID, Luis M. Garralda, President of the Dental Sector at Fenin, and Ana Rodríguez, Director of Expodental, provided a detailed overview of the content and the ongoing strategy to enhance the representativeness and international presence of this leading fair. Once again, it is positioned as the main meeting point for all professionals in the dental sector. The presentation also included Roberto Rosso, founder and president of Key-Stone, who offered an analysis of the current state of the dental market.
The Expodental 2026 project
With this year's theme, “The Road to Dental Innovation”, Expodental 2026, sponsored by NACEX, aims to surpass the figures from the 2024 edition, which featured 374 exhibitors, over 24,500 square metres of net exhibition space, and 30,000 professional visitors.
For the upcoming edition, Expodental returns with greater strength and energy, offering new proposals to the industry that help invigorate and facilitate commercial interaction.
Backed by a constantly evolving sector, the fair reaffirms its role as a national and international benchmark. The new dates and schedules, from 10:00 to 20:00 hours over three days, are designed to enhance the attendee experience, creating a more professional and dynamic environment that encourages participation and strengthens networking opportunities.
The organisational layout of Expodental includes a space for the Training and Management Sector, which will showcase the best academic offerings in undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuous professional development programs through participation by universities, training centres, scientific societies, professional associations, and companies. The Training Area will also feature a designated activity zone where participating companies can give presentations and talks, along with their own Speakers’ Corner.
Additionally, as is now customary, the educational aspect of Expodental will be further complemented by the celebration of Student Day on Wednesday, 11th March. This day will be open to 4th and 5th-year dentistry students, as well as future hygienists and dental prosthetists.
Alongside the trade exhibition, a programme of presentations by exhibiting companies will be held at the Speakers’ Corners of the fair, showcasing some of the most innovative technologies, solutions, and treatments developed over the past two years.
Space allocation for the upcoming edition will take place on 23, 24, and 25 September at IFEMA MADRID facilities. The deadline to submit participation applications for these meetings is Monday, 15 September.
Expodental LiveConnect
Expodental once again incorporates its digital platform that promotes connections between professionals and facilitates the organisation of meetings, in addition to providing exclusive content and activities. This tool complements in-person participation by companies and professionals, adding value for all parties involved by expanding networking opportunities between exhibitors and visitors.
