Motortec Chile is revving up! The country’s leading automotive parts and services trade show kicks off this Thursday

The auto show will bring together more than 150 exhibiting companies at Espacio Riesco.

The countdown is over. Starting this Thursday, June 18, and running through Saturday, June 20, Motortec Chile 2026 will open its doors at Espacio Riesco, becoming the premier gathering place for the national automotive aftermarket over the course of three days.

With more than 150 exhibiting companies, over 1,000 brands represented, and 12,000 square meters of exhibition space, the trade show will welcome thousands of professionals from the components, parts, and accessories sectors, who will have the opportunity to discover the latest innovations in technology, parts, equipment, and new solutions to boost their businesses.

The opening ceremony will take place on Thursday, June 18, and will be attended by representatives from transportation associations, prominent industry figures, and officials such as the Undersecretary of Transportation, Martín Mackenna.

During the three-day fair, attendees will be able to participate in a full schedule of activities, including technical presentations, specialized panel discussions, competitions, and awards for prominent figures in Chile’s automotive industry.

Among the main topics to be addressed in the discussion sessions are electromobility, the challenges associated with informality in auto repair shops, new technologies applied to automotive repair, and the trends shaping the future of the industry both in Chile and internationally.

To this end, a Professional Forum will be held to address the issues currently affecting the industry. Informal practices in the aftermarket, the adaptation of repair shops to new automotive technologies, and the challenges facing the transportation industry as we look toward 2030, among others, are the topics that will be analyzed.

In addition, starting on the first day, the Technical Olympics—organized by DUOC UC—will take place. This event will bring together students from vocational schools and technical-vocational institutions, who will put their mechanical knowledge and skills to the test in preparation for their future careers.

Another major highlight of this edition will be the debut of the “Show Off Your Little Gem” contest, an initiative that will showcase restored and modified vehicles from various exhibitors across the country. Following a preliminary selection by the fair’s ambassadors, participants will compete for the public’s vote, which will determine the best “Little Gem” at Motortec Chile 2026.

The event will conclude with the Motortec Awards ceremony, which will recognize the careers and contributions of various figures in the automotive world, highlighting their years of work and commitment to the sector’s development.

As a result, Motortec Chile 2026 is positioning itself as a key platform for the development of the country’s aftermarket industry, connecting companies, specialists, and professionals with the latest trends and technologies that are transforming the automotive market.
