Motortec Chile 2026 Announces Professional Forum: Key Topics That Will Shape the Future of the Automotive Aftermarket

Technical presentations, panel discussions, and specialized activities will highlight this year’s edition of the trade show’s content program. The agenda focuses on the key challenges facing the automotive service and parts sector.

Motortec Chile 2026 has already finalized much of the program for its Professional Forum, a three-day event that will bring together specialists, companies, industry representatives, and key players in the automotive aftermarket to discuss various topics shaping the industry’s current development.

The program features a continuous schedule of presentations and panel discussions, spread across different time slots, covering areas such as electromobility, automatic transmissions, lubrication, aftermarket services, workshop management, and new technologies applied to the automotive sector.

Among the confirmed activities, a highlight is the participation of Cristina Catalán, CEO of AMC Performance, who will present the talk “Rectifying Automotive Mechanics.” Additionally, the National Confederation of Truck Owners of Chile (CNDC) will host a discussion focused on the 2030 Transport Agenda and the current challenges facing the logistics industry.

The agenda also includes presentations on technical specialization and professional training. In this context, Francisca Roa Ponce, a professor at Inacap San Pedro de la Paz, will discuss the impact of new technological demands on the training of future automotive professionals.

In addition, the Professional Forum will feature content focused on automatic transmissions and CVT transmissions, as well as presentations on the modernization of automotive repair shops, process digitization, and profitability strategies for technical services and aftermarket businesses.

The activities will take place over the three days of Motortec in different time slots, beginning each day at 10:00 a.m. and running until approximately 5:00 p.m. The program includes technical talks and panel discussions on each day, allowing every visitor to access a wide range of educational offerings within the fair.

That said, the trade show—organized by IFEMA Madrid and FISA, part of the GL events Chile group—still has a few remaining spaces available. This should be resolved in the coming weeks.
