Ramón Piquer Grau, D.P. Manager Serraller, a company based in Parets del Vallés (Barcelona), clarifies that their proposal for 2024 will prioritise "locks, fittings, motors and electronics for metal doors". They aim to maintain “the same level of quality and dedication they have offered over their 45 years of experience in the market”. However, as there is a limited amount of new housing being built in Spain, “our focus has shifted towards repairs and renovations”.
D.P. Serraller operates within the domestic market, providing a comprehensive selection of locks and fittings suitable for all types of metal doors. According to the firm's manager, Ramón Piquer Grau, the company forms a “subsector of the construction industry”. However, the manager notes that “there is a scarcity of cranes in Spain and few new homes under construction. Consequently, the company's focus is on refurbishing and repairing existing doors”.
In 2024, the company will continue to sell a range of products including locks, fittings, motors, and automation systems that are suitable for metal doors. These products are tailored for specific types of doors, such as rolling shutter doors, up-and-over doors, sliding doors, and fire doors.
