The 12.92% increase, to date, in the number of exhibitor companies, and the 6.23% increase in the total exhibition area, also confirm the best expectations for growth of SICUR.

Promoter of knowledge

SICUR will also continue in its role as promoter and developer of knowledge and analysis of the current industry, through the various lectures and presentations offered at the Foro SICUR, in addition to multiple highly dynamic exhibitions, demonstrations and product testing and a new edition of the Innovation Gallery that will offer an interesting view of the industry research work and development.

New SICUR website

SICUR also launches a new website, with improved functionality and a new image, making it more user-friendly for visitors and exhibitors.

Its design, as well as the new content management system (CMS), enables contextualised and personalised online experiences, in addition to optimising user participation and interaction, regardless of the device used to access it.

The new SICUR website provides professionals with all of the programmes, news and information they need on the Trade Fair. In short, this renovated digital channel has become one of the main pillars in generating a solid link between SICUR and its exhibitors and visitors, because it allows all of the participants to connect with each other, improving their communication and experience. The aim is also to promote effective participation at fairs and events, which will translate into a stimulus to increase business exchanges and access to knowledge.

This change comes at a moment of digital transformation for IFEMA, with the aim to improve its online positioning and to provide a quality online service, suited to the times, for the over 3.6 million people who every year attend the trade fairs, congresses, conventions and other events held in the facilities. Last year IFEMA reached 20 million website views, between its entire portfolio of events.
