SICUR 2026 has allowed Detnov Security to reinforce its commitment to its engineering consultants and end users by showcasing the latest innovations and technology, according to Lluís Marín Perpiñá, the company's Business Development Manager. "This year we had the honour once again of hosting a large number of visitors and partners. In particular, we received over 500 attendees, primarily fire protection system installers and maintenance experts, suppliers, manufacturers, industrial partners, engineering consultants, and property managers. It has been an excellent opportunity to review our current and future projects with all of them".

What has SICUR 2026 meant for Detnov?

SICUR is an essential event for our sector in the Iberian Peninsula. It also serves as a vital meeting point with our key suppliers. The fair allows us to renew our commitment to our clients, engineers, and end users by showcasing new products and technology. This year we were once again honoured to host a large number of visitors and partners. Most of them are already customers, but key leads, such as end users, were also able to personally verify the scale of our technical solutions and our proposals for the immediate future.

How many visitors came to your stand and what kind of professionals were they?

We hosted more than 500 visitors during the event. Our visitors included installers and maintenance experts for fire protection systems, suppliers, manufacturers, industrial partners, engineering consultants, and both public and private property owners. This provided a great platform for reviewing our current and future projects with all of them.

What activities did you carry out and how many business meetings did you hold?

We held countless business meetings to close new deals and finalise new opportunities. We were also able to provide active demonstrations of new product features, as well as share information on upcoming launches designed to improve system management.

What product range and other innovations did you present?

The new range of Vesta Next Generation analogue fire detection and alarm control panels, featuring Detnov's Loop+ and Power Link technology and incorporating map management, touchscreens, and real-time streaming imagery. We presented the new range of 300 Series detectors, both conventional and analogue, which incorporate significant technical and functional improvements, new analogue call points, and the new range of 600 Series sirens and visual notification devices, also both analogue and conventional. Furthermore, new additions to the catalogue of aerosol and gas extinguishing systems were on display, with the innovative N2GEN nitrogen generator system being introduced.

Additionally, we offered specialised technical solutions including thermography, pneumatic, thermal, or fibre-optic linear heat detection, the new ASD-2000 aspiration system, flame detection, and a variety of other industrial solutions. The exhibition also included gas detection systems as well as our new "low-cost" analogue system proposal.

What boost to your business and customers do you expect after your participation in the fair?

The best possible brand positioning and the opportunity to introduce new technologies to our clients and partners. It was also a unique opportunity for personal networking with all of them, in order to give a fresh impulse to our relationships.
