SICUR 2026 consolidates its leadership as a meeting point for the comprehensive security sector

From 24 to 27 February, the International Security Exhibition will showcase the offer of more than 670 companies from 25 countries.

The International Security Exhibition, SICUR, organised by IFEMA MADRID from 24 to 27 February, announces the participation to date of 673 direct exhibitors, with 22.3% being foreign companies from 25 countries. Thus, SICUR 2026 consolidates its leadership as a meeting point for the comprehensive security sector, as well as its contribution to the revitalisation of the sector by addressing major trends and presenting the most cutting-edge innovations thanks to investment in research and development by the companies and institutions that make up the industry.

In its 25th edition, and spanning 4 halls, SICUR will deploy a complete exhibition offer articulated around the areas of Occupational Safety, featuring the latest in occupational risk prevention and occupational health, Fire and Emergency Safety, which will showcase all products and solutions in passive and active fire protection and the world of firefighters, and Security, with the latest advances in electronic security, physical security and security services for the protection of property and lives.

SICUR 2026 celebrates 25 editions with an engaging agenda of technical seminars

As in previous editions, SICUR 2026 once again combines the commercial offer of these more than 670 leading security companies with an engaging agenda of specialised seminars. Consequently, the FORO SICUR, SICUR CYBER, EXO CORNER and Brokerage Event spaces, together with the new features of SICUR Academia, the conference on Technology for Public Security and the Occupational Safety Speaker's Corner with ASEPAL, present themselves as key spaces for the exchange of knowledge and best practices for professionals regarding the global challenges of comprehensive security.

Also noteworthy is the presence and participation of representatives from Law Enforcement and Security Forces, Emergency Services and Civil Protection. The Spanish National Police, Civil Guard, Military Emergencies Unit (UME), Mossos d’Esquadra, Ertzaintza, the Madrid 112 Security and Emergency Agency, the Municipal Police, SAMUR-Civil Protection and the Madrid City Council Fire Department will organise activities, workshops and demonstrations at their stands allowing visitors to learn about their equipment and best practices.

Likewise, SICUR Innovation will highlight the 16 selected products, showcasing a representation of the lines of research and development in which companies are working and investing. On this occasion, the fair will highlight 5 products from Fire and Emergency Safety, 6 from Security and 5 from Occupational Safety.

SICUR 2026 counts on public and private sectoral support, which is key to the success of the convocation, expressed through a significant Organising Committee composed of entities and bodies representing both supply and demand in the world of comprehensive security. Chaired by AES (Spanish Association of Security Companies) and with APROSER (Professional Association of Private Security Services Companies), TECNIFUEGO (Spanish Association of Fire Protection Companies) and ASEPAL (Association of Personal Protection Equipment Companies) holding the three vice-presidencies, this Organising Committee works to ensure that SICUR responds to commercial needs and the challenges of a sector facing constant challenges with the support of ACAES (Catalan Association of Security Companies), APROSER (Professional Association of Private Security Services Companies), ANEPA (National Association of Accredited Preventive Entities), AESPLA (Spanish Association of Occupational Prevention Services), ASELF (Spanish Fire Fighting Association), Fundación Mapfre, ASEPAL (Association of Personal Protection Equipment Companies), APDPE (Professional Association of Private Detectives of Spain), the National Institute for Safety and Health at Work (INSST), CEUSS (Business Confederation of Security and Services Users), CEPREVEN (Association of Investigation for Life and Asset Security), APTB (Professional Association of Firefighting Technicians), AEDS (Spanish Association of Security Directors), APICI (Professional Association of Fire Protection Engineering), ASPREN (National Association of External Prevention Services), AMAT (Association of Mutual Insurance Companies for Accidents at Work), ASIS International, EFITEC ASSOCIATION (Association of Security Directors of Financial Entities), ADSI (Association of Integrated Security Managers), the Military Emergencies Unit (UME), Civil Guard, Spanish National Police, Mossos d'Esquadra, Ertzaintza, the Community of Madrid and the Madrid City Council.
