MADHORROR will take place from 30 October to 2 November 2026.

The event focuses on film, television, comics, video games, collectables and immersive entertainment related to horror, mystery and suspense.

You can view the official MADHORROR timetable and the full programme of activities — including presentations, talks, themed zones and events — on the event’s Timetables and Activities page. The daily timetables for all scheduled activities are updated there. We recommend checking it regularly, as the programme may be expanded or amended depending on the final event schedule.

This event is not recommended for persons under 18 years of age. Attendees enter the event at their own risk, and the organisers accept no responsibility for any adverse emotional or physical reactions arising from participation in the experiences and activities featured within the event.

MADHORROR includes experiences, activities and content that may be violent, disturbing, explicit or particularly unpleasant for certain audiences.

For this reason, some activities will be clearly identified as Not Recommended for Persons Under 18 Years of Age due to explicitly unpleasant content or content of a high emotional or psychological impact.

In relation to such activities, IFEMA MADRID reserves the right to refuse access to specific activities or areas to persons under 18 years of age where, due to the nature of the content, it is considered unsuitable for their age.

Conditions of Entry for Minors

• Visitors under the age of 16 must enter the venue and remain accompanied at all times by their legal guardian or by an adult who assumes responsibility for the minor throughout the visit, including assessing the suitability of their attendance at MADHORROR in light of the information provided regarding the nature of the Event.
• Visitors aged 16 and 17 may enter the venue unaccompanied but must present, at the entrance, the relevant authorisation and liability waiver signed by their legal guardian, in accordance with the template available on the event website.

Important Notice

Authorisation for a minor to enter the venue does not automatically grant access to all activities within the event. Certain experiences may be subject to additional age restrictions due to their content, including haunted attractions, video games or films.

The organisers and IFEMA MADRID reserve the right to restrict or deny access to such activities whenever deemed necessary for the protection and wellbeing of minors.

Access the authorisation

Publishers, video game companies, cosplay groups, merchandising firms, workshops, role-playing groups and institutions are all welcome to exhibit. You can find all the information and the exhibitor profile on the ‘I want to exhibit’ page.

• Bus: 73, 112, 122 and 828.
• Taxi: ranks at South Gate and North Gate.
• Car: M40 (exits 5–7), M11 (exits 5 and 7) and A2 (exit 7).

You will find an online form for “access for people with reduced mobility” on the website (under the ‘How to get there’ section). Please ensure you complete it 48 hours in advance, stating your registration number, date/time and event.

Reservations for wheelchairs or electric scooters are subject to availability.

The cloakrooms are located at the entrance to the venue. They are open 30 minutes before the event and remain open for one hour after it ends.

You may leave suitcases, clothing, umbrellas and motorbike helmets in the cloakrooms. Battery-powered devices, such as electric scooters, are not permitted due to the fire hazard they pose.

Animals are not permitted on the premises, except in cases provided for by current legislation, in particular assistance dogs, or, where applicable, those specified by IFEMA MADRID depending on the event.

Entry in costume is permitted; however, the organisation reserves the right to deny entry or request that a person leave the venue if their presence is considered to have promotional purposes, causes disturbance to other visitors or is deemed inappropriate for any other reason.

In accordance with Royal Decree 137/1993 regulating weapons, visitors are strictly prohibited from carrying firearms, metal weapons and other blunt objects, or imitations which may cause confusion regarding their true nature.

The use of items that pose a risk to people’s physical safety, such as pyrotechnic or flammable materials, is also prohibited.

Venue security may confiscate any accessory they consider to be blunt or sharp

Access to the event is not permitted with any form of transport (bicycles, scooters, skateboards, etc.), even if they are foldable.
