AULA 2023 offers an excellent showcase and reinforces brand identity, according to the participating public universities.
From 22 to 26 March 2023
AULA 2023 is an excellent showcase for public universities, which allows them to boost their brand identity. This is according to the institutions participating in the Fair. They also say that EDUCATION WEEK is an opportunity to make personal contact with students and families and give them the guidance they need. The 31st International Education Opportunities Exhibition will take place during the eighth EDUCATION WEEK 2023, Spain’s largest education event, organised by IFEMA MADRID on the Recinto Ferial from 22 to 26 March 2023, which this year is focusing on Artistic Education.
Spokespeople from Spanish public universities stress the importance of their participation in AULA. “The Complutense University attends not only to highlight its vast range of educational options but its ability to motivate students with different proposals full of vigour and vitality. Students can learn about our university and educational projects first-hand. This meeting point between the institution and students makes us stronger and more aware of the Complutense’s capacity to nurture talent and excellence to benefit society.” In terms of the visitors, countries, and educational establishments, among others, which take part in Aula, every year, the figure “are significant enough for the Complutense University in Madrid to believe that this is the most important Education Fair in our country.”
Staff at the Autonomous University of Madrid explain that “this is a major event for contacting the university's different public objectives: firstly, pre-university students, but also educational establishments and families. AULA also attracts media attention throughout Education Week, strengthening the university’s brand identity.”
The Polytechnic University of Madrid says that taking part in AULA enables it to talk face-to-face with students and their families to answer their questions and respond to their concerns about their education and future. “Our main aim at this event is to provide objective information and guidance to help each student to choose the type of courses that best suit their interests and goals.”
According to the Rey Juan Carlos University, the education fair “is a great showcase for showing future students the courses available and what they will learn if they choose them. Thanks to AULA, many students learn about new courses which they had not even considered but which attract their attention when they see them at the event.”
The University of Alcalá sets out to “publicise the courses we offer, our cultural heritage and to help promote and disseminate science and research, and AULA is a wonderful opportunity to do so. It is also a place to contact our future students and tell them everything they’ll find and experience when they choose the University of Alcalá.”
Lastly, spokespeople from the Distance Learning University (UNED) say that “AULA does a fantastic job showing young people the different career paths that will be available to them when they have finished their mandatory studies. The UNED is a public service and needs to spread the word to the public since its foundational mission is to provide Higher Education to everyone meeting the requirements to undertake a university degree without geographical, financial, personal, or labour obstacles. It is even available to people who have passed the university access test but cannot accept a place in another public institution because they did not achieve the threshold or lack the financial resources to study at a private college.
