More than 300 brands take part in a record-breaking edition of Iberzoo Propet
With a 6.5% increase in participation compared to the last edition, IBERZOO + PROPET, Feria Internacional para el Profesional del Animal de Compañía (Pet Industry International Trade Fair) is reflecting the boom in the sector. It will take place from 11 to 13 March at IFEMA MADRID.
The pet care sector is experiencing a boom in Spain, according to the 2025 AMVAC Sector Report. Overall, the pet sector’s activity reached €36.681 billion in 2025, representing 2.3% of national GDP, and contributing to the creation of 44,500 direct jobs and more than 356,000 indirect jobs. This sector will once again take advantage of its best commercial showcase at IBERZOO + PROPET, Feria Internacional para el Profesional del Animal de Compañía (Pet Industry International Trade Fair) organised by IFEMA MADRID, from 11 to 13 March.
A total of 300 companies, representing around 1,200 brands, will be at Iberzoo Propet 2026, which means a 6.5% increase compared to the previous edition. The pet sector will be able to discover the most comprehensive range of pet products and services from companies such as MSD and Ferraz Farma in pharmaceuticals; Arion and Hill’s in pet food; Centauro, Nuzoa and Distrivet among distributors; Grupo Trixder in accessories and nutrition; and Ferribiella, among others. Participation in Iberzoo Propet is critical for companies and professionals in the pet care sector, as it allows them to access a concentrated professional market, generate business and networking, present innovations to industry leaders, expand their brands and discover the latest trends in animal welfare.
