La filial de EMS SA Suiza, Nyon –Ginebra busca activamente un Key Account Manager preferiblemente basado en Madrid, ampliando y afianzando así su presencia en Iberia.

Function : KAM Spain.
The KAM Spain will be responsible for managing and developing the Dental business of the Spanish, drawing up and coordinating business plans for the region, developing and implementing sales strategies.

Preferably based in Madrid

Key areas of responsibilities:

Customer Management: Top accounts
 Define and implement a channel and distribution strategy
 Define and maintain business relationship with major universities, dental hospitals, dental insurances, franchises
 Closely follow up of the dealer activities (training, challenge, regular meetings)
 Develop relationships with key leaders of the Dental Community
 Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as defined by territory needs
 Partner with local dental societies and corporate supported study clubs
 Maintain current field territory responsibilities designed to develop dental professional demo to grow sales
 Manage portfolio by setting objectives for each call to maximize territory business plans
 Develop and implement sales strategies
 Select, organize and participate to congresses and exhibitions.
 Ensure the evolution/development of the sales, exceed sales target.
 Provide reports about sales, marketing events, orders/tenders, relevant information about markets, clients, competitors.

Territory Management
 Selling EMS products to dental professionals in an assigned territory.
 Clinic network negotiation and follow up.
 Fully understanding the science behind the product, usages and the market.
 Organizing territory to allow efficient and effective coverage patterns in support of the marketing
 Achieve sales objectives per category
 Manage CRM systems on a daily basis, understanding of reports, and Territory management

 Completing all administrative duties as per company policy
 Utilize sales force automation tools daily by entering all calls and orders on day they occur
 Manage sales expenses responsibly
 Maintain daily standards and expectations

Reporting to: Marketing and Sales Manager Dental Iberia

Education : Academic background - Bachelor’s degree

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in the dental sector.

He/she will have a good and solid knowledge of the Spanish market and dealers.

Language : English fluent
