HOW CAN I TAKE PART IN THE TRADE MEETING POINT?
Only online. First you must pre-register as a trade visitor because you can only directly register for the meeting point from the trade fair pre-registration page.
The direct access to the Trade Meeting Point will only allow you to check the information you have registered with this service.
WHAT INFORMATION WILL I BE ASKED FOR WHEN I REGISTER WITH THE TRADE MEETING POINT?
The same information you are asked for when you pre-register for the fair. You will be asked for your trade details and your particular interests in the fair.
I HAVE NOT PRE-REGISTERED YET . WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
First pre-register, to obtain the benefits of pre-registration, and then authorise your participation in the Trade Meeting Point from there.
Once your pre-registration is complete, the system will take you from the pre-registration confirmation window to Trade Meeting Point participation. Access the page and sign up if you want to enjoy all the advantages of the Trade Meeting Point. This is voluntary.
I AM ALREADY PRE-REGISTERED. DO I NEED TO SIGN UP?
Yes, if you want to obtain all the benefits of the Trade Meeting Point, you need to sign up for it. If you do not do that when you pre-register, you will be able to do it later by returning to the pre-registration page with your Visitor Internet User Name. You will be able to access the Trade Meeting Point from the pre-registration confirmation window.
I AM ALREADY PRE-REGISTERED AND HAVE SIGNED UP FOR THE MEETING POINT BUT I WANT TO CHANGE MY DETAILS. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
If you wish to update your trade details or change any of your preferences, please go to fair pre-registration, select the form best suited to your needs, enter your Visitor Internet User Name and a form will appear in which you will be able to modify your details.
HOW CAN I GET MY USER NAME AND PASSWORD AND WHAT IS THEIR PURPOSE?
To be able to access certain services offered by IFEMA fairs online, trade visitors must activate a user name and password.
When you access these services the “Visitor Internet User” screen will always appear first. Here you will be able to identify yourself with your user name.
Your user name will be the email address you gave when you registered as a “Visitor Internet User" and it will provide a unique link to your trade details.
To access services with a visitor user name, follow these instructions:
- Users who have already registered. If you have registered on our website as a visitor to any of IFEMA's fairs before, go to "I ALREADY HAVE A USER NAME AND PASSWORD" and enter the user name (email address) and password you used previously. If you have forgotten your password, enter your user name (email address) and select "Forgotten your password?". A new password will be sent to your email address.
- New users. If you have never registered on our website as a visitor to any of our fairs, go to "I DON'T HAVE A USER NAME AND/OR PASSWORD". Enter your email address and a password. You will receive an email that will allow you to confirm your registration and activate your user name.
UNTIL WHEN CAN I SIGN UP FOR THE TRADE MEETING POINT?
The deadline for registering as a trade visitor to the fair is 18 October 2013 inclusive.

The main benefits of being a Trade Visitor who has signed up for the Trade Meeting Point are:
- Being part of a group of trade professionals who want to know what exhibitors are going to present at the fair before anyone else.
- Exhibitors will be able to inform you directly and keep you up to date with regard to their products, services, new developments, promotional activities, events, etc. This will increase your business opportunities and networking in a very personalised way, thus turning your participation in the fair into the most profitable days of the year.
