The diversity of regional products attracts visitors.
The São Paulo State Government's booth invited the family-owned company Café São Francisco do Gramado, from Brotas (SP), to exhibit its products: two types of coffee and its award-winning beer that includes the fruit in its recipe. “We brought to the fair the novelty of a lager-type beer that uses an extract of our coffee. But our flagship products are our coffees: an award-winning specialty coffee and a gourmet coffee,” says Rosa Helena Pallaro, one of the founders.
And anyone who visits the Maranhão State Government's stand will find different types of fruit., which highlights regional flavors and showcases exhibitors representing the diversity and identity of the state. Chocolates Tapuio focuses on the production of organic Bean to Bar 100% chocolates. During the fair, the company exhibited products made with cocoa produced in the state, with options including cupuaçu, jackfruit, pineapple, babaçu, and bacuri.
“Here you will also find açaí and passion fruit jams with chili pepper. We brought a variety of fruits for tasting because our region is very rich in sweet fruits, and there are also hygiene products made with this variety, such as oils, perfumes, and soaps, in addition to other products like biscuits and ice cream. This way, visitors can get an idea of what can be done with the fruits of Maranhão,” explains representative Jozyanne Barbosa.
Stretchable netting for palletizing
The company B Rep Brasil brought to Fruit Attraction a stretchable palletizing net, a sustainable and breathable product. The main idea is to ensure breathability and compression during palletization and transport.
“The net has a different design and structure that better embraces the pallet. It allows for constant ventilation and heat exchange. Better control of heat exchange for those who create a hot-cold chain. It is an item whose original material is virgin, 100% high-density polyethylene, which is recyclable, meaning it has an ESG footprint,” explains Alex Willian Paulino, the company's sales representative.
