A gastronomic experience will be one of the attractions of the fair, which takes place from March 25th to 27th at São Paulo Expo, in the city of São Paulo.

The attraction promises to deliver a unique gastronomic experience in an exclusive space, sponsored by Ade Sampa with the support of the City of São Paulo. Curated by the Gastronomy Observatory, a body linked to the Municipal Secretariat of Economic Development and Labor, the event will highlight the richness of Brazilian fruits and vegetables in interactive presentations with renowned chefs, mixologists, and baristas. At the installation, the public will be able to explore new ways to value fresh ingredients in classes and demonstrations that will combine tradition, innovation, and sustainability.

Fruit Attraction brings together producers and experts from around the world, and São Paulo, with its culinary diversity, takes center stage with a special program that highlights its role as a global reference. The Cooking Show by Observatório da Gastronomia will take participants on a true gastronomic journey, addressing themes such as sustainability, social inclusion, and the fusion between local traditions and global influences.
