The trade show will be staged with HOREQ from 20 to 22 November 2013

After just two editions, VENDIBÉRICA has not only achieved recognition as one of the leading vending trade shows in Spain, but has also established a reputation on the international stage. This year the show will again be staged together with HOREQ, the Hotel and Restaurant Equipment Show. Both IFEMA shows will again join forces from 20 to 22 November at Hall 7 of the FERIA DE MADRID.

In its first edition, the 3,220 m2 of exhibition space set aside for VENDIBÉRICA was fully booked; 86 companies were present and a total of 173 companies were represented at the event, which was visited by 3,426 industry professionals. The success was largely due to the strong support from the sector employer association PVA, Proveedores de Vending Asociados.

VENDIBÉRICA has been awarded the status of an international show by the Ministry of the Economy and Competitiveness based on the outstanding international presence during its debut show: 16.3 por ciento of companies and 10.4 por ciento of professional visitors came from abroad.

Recognition on a ministerial level means that the event has been included in the Spanish Foreign Trade Institute's calendar of international trade shows, and promoted by Spanish trade offices abroad, an advantage for exhibitor companies in terms of seeking financial backing and customs facilities for importing exhibits.

The show offers a comprehensive cross-section of the industry, with a wide range of vending machines on display; non-food products; super-automatic machines for the catering industry; coffee roasters; water dispensers; payment and security systems; IT technologies applied to vending; packaging and labelling; components, accessories and spare parts; food, beverages and vending machine products; consumables; services; franchises, and insurance.

The show is aimed at a broad spectrum of professionals, including vending machine operators; public and private company decision-makers; large corporations and SMEs; the catering industry; cafeterias; restaurants; catering services; tourist accommodation (hotels and rural hotels); facilities (schools, hospitals, retirement homes, etc.); leisure, sports and wellness facilities; passenger transport facilities; filling stations; tobacco dispensers and franchises.

VENDIBÉRICA has just started marketing stand space for the next show, contacting the same companies that took part in the first edition. The announcement has been eagerly awaited in the vending sector, and the organisers will be maintaining the same prices as previous editions in order to enable a wide range of industry companies to be present at the show .
