Preparations for the International Vending Trade Show, VENDIBÉRICA 2017, organised by IFEMA to take place from 18 to 20 October next at Feria de Madrid, are well underway. The favourable response from the sector, with numerous applications to take part in the event, means that five months before it takes place, exhibition floor sales are already up 30 por ciento compared to the previous event in 2015. VENDIBÉRICA, promoted by the Spanish Association of Automatic Dispensers (ANEDA), expects to attract 150 exhibitor companies, confirming it as one of the vending industries leading European trade fairs.

The main firms in each of the sectors represented at VENDIBÉRICA have confirmed they will be at the show. Important organisations from the Vending Machine sector, such as Necta, Saeco, Jofemar, Madrid Fas Machine, Vendin, AEV, Rheavendors, Sandenvendo, Lavazza, Apliven, Nexus Machine, GM Vending, Azkoyen, Olevending… among others, will take part in this great project. The Vending Product and Food Product sector is growing, with the addition of new brands such as Nestlé, Grupo Bimbo, Miguelañez, Galletas Gullón, Agua Solán de Cabras, Agua San Benedetto, etc.  In the meantime, the technology sector will also be represented at VENDIBÉRICA by firms such as Automated Vendin, Prodelfi, Ingenico, Suzohopp, Nayax, Selhosvi, Digisoft Ibérica, and CPI, among others. Huhtamaki, Alta Group, Flo and Río Tinto Plásticos from the Distribution Components segment have confirmed their attendance, while companies like Almadera, Talleres Escoriaza and Zonzini from the Equipment sector have also signed up.

The Coffee Industry will also be out in force, through companies such as Qualery Culture, Cafés Templo, Tupinamba, Cafés Catunambu, Cafés Candelas, Illycaffé and Laqtia, among others.

On the subject of the coffee sector, VENDIBÉRICA will once again host “Coffee Day” on 18 October, where visitors will see innovations in this industry as part of a busy of Technical Seminars, which is currently being organised.

Likewise, the International Vending Trade Show, VENDIBÉRICA, is working on a new space in the connecting hub between Halls 4- where the exhibition is housed - and 6, at Feria de Madrid, for displaying business opportunities and the latest solutions for the vending industry. This is THE VENDING STORE, which will be designed to meet the specific needs for consumption and work.

This area will feature everything from office supplies (pens, paper, staplers, pens, markers, notebooks…); to mobile devices (chargers, headsets, pen drives, batteries, and toner cartridges for printers…); as well as drug store products, boutique (ties, scarves, cuff links); soft drinks, water, (Coffee Corners, Coffee to go); fruit; 4th range (prepared food); hot meals; ice cream and frozen, and sandwiches.

VENDIBÉRICA 2017 will share Hall 4 with IFEMA’s new project, the EAT2GO Show, Europe’s first specialised show for the Food Delivery & Take Away industry, creating synergies between both. What’s more, both shows will take place on the same dates as FRUIT ATTRACTION, also organised by IFEMA, representing a sector with high potential for the Vending and Food to Go industries, providing an opportunity to broaden its marketing channels with healthy, fresh, high-quality products.
