Soledad Borrego

She qualified in Law at the San Pablo CEU University and was a career State Attorney, serving as an advisor to senior officials in the General State Administration, and representing State interests before the Courts. She was also a member of the Permanent Mission of Spain to the United Nations in New York for three years.

She left the civil service more than seven years ago, working in the business world as a manager at the bank asset management company Sareb, where she held several management positions. As a manager, she is an expert in Regulatory Compliance, Internal Control, Risks, Data Protection and Information Security.

In September 2021, he joined IFEMA MADRID to head the General Secretariat of the Executive Committee and Governing Board, reporting directly to the Chairman, Mr. José Vicente de los Mozos, while at the same time she will combine this with the management of the Legal Department, as part of the Management Committee, reporting to the General Manager.
