Javier Ramírez, Axon’s Region Manager for Southern Europe explains that the company has been developing products for police and security organizations since it began. “All of them, including TASER electronic de-escalation devices, Axon Body cameras and Axon Evidence digital evidence management (Evidence.com), are integrated with each other in an ecosystem that helps save time and key resources to reduce crime.”
In addition to the TASER 7, at SICUR the company will be presenting its new AXON BODY 3 camera, a device that provides live video streaming and officer location allows to connection to the centre of each incident. It adds improved low-light performance and enhances the moving image, giving officers more support when they need it most.
Axon Evidence is another product the firm will be presenting. It is the core of the Axon network and provides chain of custody and simplifies the management of data, including body camera videos, photos or other information collected by officers and the public. It provides case redaction, video editing and sharing workflows, in an environment that ensures security and privacy. It’s a cloud-based Digital Evidence Management System that gets better over time.
