Get the best advertising strategy to link your brand to the Knowledge Forum, ensuring greater visibility into the event.

Choose how to sponsor:

  • 1 hour workshop, in a space with capacity for up to 50 people in a school, equipped with all the audiovisual equipment.
  • Access with prior registration, to all ORAL-TECH attendees.
  • Workshop advertised in the programmes of the presentations and in the informative material.
  • Presence of the logo on the Forum signage and on the official website of the event.
  • Free invitations: 15 invitations per Workshop 50pax.
  • Price 1.500 €.
  • Option to have 2 workshops of 1 hour each for 2.500 €.
  • A 45-minute event in a room with a capacity of up to 100 people in a school equipped with all audiovisual equipment.
  • A 1-hour workshop in a space with capacity for up to 50 people in a school, equipped with all the audiovisual equipment.
  • Access with prior registration, to all ORAL-TECH attendees.
  • Event published in the programmes of the lectures and informative material.
  • Presence of the logo on the Forum signage and on the official website of the event.
  • Presence in a Newsletter of the event and in a Press Release.

  • Two events of 45 minutes each in a room with a capacity of up to 100 people in a school, equipped with all audiovisual equipment.
  • Two workshops of 1 hour each in a space with a capacity of up to 50 people in a school, equipped with all the audiovisual equipment.
  • Access with previous registration, to all ORAL-TECH attendees.
  • Event published in the Forum programmes and informative material.
  • Prominent presence of the company logo as a sponsor of the Congress and on the official website of the event.
  • Presence in two Newsletters of the event and in a Press Release.
  • Price 7.500 €.
  • Free invitations:

  • The company will be able to provide a Key Opinion Leader to give a 45-minute presentation in the Congress Auditorium, which will have a capacity of 250 people. The company's image will be prominently featured during the presentation.
  • The presentation will be published in the Forum's programmes and informative material.
  • Prominent presence of the company logo as a Platinum Partner of the Congress.
  • Presence in four newsletters of the event and in a press release.
  • 10 invitations to the VIP area for the entire event and 5 invitations to the "Welcome Ceremony" event.
  • Price: 10.000€.
  • Free invitations:
    • 15 invitations per Workshop 50 pax
    • 25 invitations per Event 100 pax
    • 75 invitations per presentation Auditorium
  • Customisation of the Auditorium, Hall or Space with the company logo. The company with Diamond status has the possibility to offer its corporate naming to personalise the name of the presentation auditorium, one of the two conference rooms or one of the four practical workshop spaces. The name of the company will be visible both in the physical space where the event takes place and in any programme where the programme of activities is named.

  • Presence in all the communication and labelling of the event with the logo and the name of the company in a very prominent way.
  • 20 invitations for access throughout the event to the VIP area and 10 invitations to the "Welcome Act" event.

Welcome Cocktail

  • To be held the night before the opening of the Scientific Congress.

  • To be held on Friday June 25 (1st day Scientific Congress) at 20:30

Speaker Portfolio

  • This sponsorship could be shared with other companies provided that there is no incompatibility between them.
  • Next to the ORAL-TECH logo will be the sponsor company's logo with the same size.

Notebooks and pens

  • The sponsoring company will provide the pens for congress participants where the name and/or logo of the sponsoring company will appear next to that of ORAL-TECH.
  • It will also provide notebooks to congress participants with the ORAL-TECH logo and that of the sponsoring company.

Handheld program

  • Approximately 2,000 copies are produced for distribution to all attendees receiving information from the Congress and one will be included in each congressional portfolio.
  • The back cover will be available for advertising in its entirety.

Identification cards

  • Mandatory for access to the Congress. The sponsoring company will appear prominently with its logo.

Mobile app

  • The Congress will have its own mobile application that must be downloaded by the attendees.
  • The application will allow congress participants to plan their presentations, access the proceedings with the summaries of the congress papers and participate in the activities.
  • The sponsorship includes the publication of the company's logo in this application.

Signage for the Scientific Congress

  • Columns located in the lobby of the North Convention Center may be sponsored.
  • The decoration will be made with quadrangular foam panels (microchannel cardboard) that will embrace the column.
  • The sponsoring company will pay for the cost of producing the columns, which will be added to the cost of the sponsorship.

Mobile and tablet media loading point

  • The multimedia loading points have 9 boxes with a separate code, to load the mobile or tablet. In addition to a 42" screen a height of 180 cms, 63 cms, wide and 52 cms deep.
  • You can sponsor these multimedia chargers by incorporating corporate images or videos with information about the sponsoring company in between the free communications.
  • The sponsoring company will bear the cost of producing the customization.

Side vinils on the mechanical stairs

  • Advertising may be placed on vinyls located on the sides of the stairs that connect to the Fair pavilion with the North Convention Center, where the Scientific Congress is held.

Conditions of the sponsors

  • Companies will propose Key Opinion Leaders for the Presentation Programme. All proposals must be validated by the Working Group.
  • The company will be responsible for the costs of attendance of its Speaker.
  • The company will be responsible for all costs related to the transport, installation and storage of its material.
  • Once the confirmation has been confirmed with the ORAL-TECH technical secretariat, the company will receive an e-mail with all the documentation necessary to formalise your reservation.
  • Only online bookings will be accepted.
  • The number of sponsors is limited according to categories. They are assigned in strict order of booking confirmation.
