INTERPORC will be present again at Meat Attraction
Interporc, the Interprofessional of the White-Capped Swine, will be present at Meat Attraction 2022 with a stand. What kind of activities will be offered to attendees? Actions similar to those that have been worked on in previous fairs will be proposed:
- 'Showcookings' by top chefs.
- Product tastings
- Gastronomic contests
- Thematic workshops
- Ham cuts by master ham cutters.
- And much more...
With its participation, Interporc wants to convey to society in general, but also to the entire livestock-meat sector, all the benefits of the white-layer pork sector, both in terms of the product, rich, tasty and nutritious, and of the other aspects that encompass it: livestock farming, sustainability, animal care... Our task will be to convey our important work and involve the attendees.
